Beautiful cocktails crafted with so much imagination. Each cocktail has a superb balance of the 5 flavors and, frankly as a former bartender, I’ve never tasted nor dreamed how to build a drink with this much pleasant intensity. I had the Rosemary and it blew my mind. Another friend had an off menu request that included vodka and ginger, which two others at my table ordered on round 2 because they liked it so much. The food is also delicious, beautifully prepared and presented. I could add lots of superlatives but none would do Mace justice. This bar is well worth the effort to visit and I can see why it’s in the top 50 bars in the world. Charcuterie boards and French onion soup dumplings are great pairings to the drinks. If you’re looking to have a next-level experience and are open to trying new and inventive drinks and food, this is the place. I loved everything about it and I’ve added it to my NYC must do list.

Very good cocktail bar. Was packed but it was nice that they had standing room section right when you walk in. Had the avocado leaf which was very unique. The rosemary was also unbelievable.

I had the best cocktail of my life here. Annika was our favorite server and recommended fire drinks and was a delight (she looks JUST like Emma stone) and treated us to clarified milk. Leaving jazzed and recommending this place to everyone with ears

The cocktails here are overly creative to the point of undrinkable. I ordered a vodka martini which is hard to get wrong but somehow they managed it and tasted of sunflower oil. My friend had a spicy green cocktail which I tried and it was so sweet I don’t believe actually had alcohol in it.

Server must have forgotten to put our orders in for drinks and oysters.It happens and that’s fine, not owning up to the bad experience you deliver and acting on that is why I’m giving a bad rating for service.Drinks had interesting flavors and beautifully presented.

I’ve never needed to write a negative review, but Niko the bartender (bun in his hair) was not welcoming at all. He was stand-offish and must have heard us talking about how we could feel the negative energy, because the second round he made was made with very distinct wrong proportions. I’ve had the sesame cocktail before and I could tell he loaded it with much more soy sauce than normal. It tasted like I was drinking from the salt lakes. It was only when he passive aggressively asked how it was when he smiled for the first time the entire night. I didn’t want to cause a scene since it wasn’t worth it, but the second round of drinks were not enjoyable. If he claims it was just a mistake, he is either lying or a just a very unskilled bartender. If he admits it was on purpose, he is incredibly unprofessional.

This is such a great cocktail bar. They use fresh ingredients and put a lot of thought into their cocktails. The cocktails tasted really good and are worth the price. They’re also well rounded and have a good flavor combination.The bar is also really nice! It’s got a rustic elegance and even has a fire place. The seats are comfortable and cozy.
