I decided to give the hot chocolate a go looking at the reviews. Many hot chocolate varieties were unavailable. Got the house blend. It was okay. It’s not thick.

We were on the hunt for the best hot chocolate and Google led us here! Awesome service and free samples from the staff of chocolates and hot cocoa. We ended up buying a cup of the house cocoa for $8, and it was worth the price! Very rich and chocolatey!

Located on the 2nd floor in the women's shoe section inside Macy's, this place is a true gem! Free chocolate samples and a tasty hot chocolate - which is rather on the sweeter end of hot chocolates.

Finally, a place that has REAL hot chocolate! If you're always disappointed by a cafe's "hot chocolate" that's really "milk with barely any chocolate"- look no further! The hot chocolate here is THICC with the amount of cocoa. They also list the cacao content next to each flavor so you can easily choose if you want something more or less chocolatey.

We visited NYC less than a week ago and all I can think about is the hot chocolate I had from this place. We were at Macy’s, and he comes out of nowhere (I was shopping around) with hot chocolate!I never did see the cafe, so I can’t comment on service or atmosphere, but the drink its self was AMAZING! He got me the Amaretto one, apologies for not knowing the exact name. The presentation was cute with piled on whip cream and these little crunchy, edible topping things!I crushed that hot chocolate so fast! I regret not getting at least one more before we went back home.
