Loved the design of the hotel. A bit pricey.
Great location, helpful and friendly staff but one small minus point if I may. The rooms are a little tight. What I mean by that is small.
We recently stayed at the Made Hotel for our long weekend trip to NYC. It was an amazing stay and conveniently located close to Penn Station allowing us to experience all the sights of Christmas in NY. The room was perfect for two of us and was quiet enough to get a good night sleep before hitting the streets early in the AM. A quick coffee and pastry was just enough to get us going first thing, ended the night with a drink. Unfortunately during our stay we were only able to experience the roof top bar ones of the nights due to private events. Will definitely be back again!
A really great hotel. Very modern with excellent rooms and a great location in NOMAD. Coffee bar and lobby bar are excellent with great coffee and cocktails served by great people. The overall service can be a bit too trendy and you see some of the New York bruskness but overall the service was good. The compulsory charge for coffee, wine and WiFi should just be added into the room rate but other than that good value for such a classy hotel.
I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, the room was beautifully maintained, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.
We had an incredible experience at MADE Hotel! The overall vibe, professionalism, and personality of the entire staff truly set this place apart. Priscilla’s suite walk-through was so impressive that it literally made us leave the hotel we were originally staying at elsewhere — we chose to forfeit the money and spend the rest of our trip at MADE, and it was absolutely worth it.
The open coffee and tea bar for all guests was such a thoughtful touch, and the daily wine hour was exceptional. The front desk team was warm and welcoming, and we really appreciated the hospitality from Alex and Priscilla.
A big shoutout to Matt at the main lobby bar and Brett at the rooftop bar— their personalities and energy added so much to the experience.
MADE Hotel has officially earned a permanent spot on our NYC list. Highly recommend!
There roof top has a very nice view that not to many people know about.
The lady working at the front desk could not have been more rude and condescending on Oct 30 at 430pm. Management, please consider hiring someone who has a friendlier approach when interacting with customers.
recently had the pleasure of staying at The Goring Hotel in USA and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were beautifully decorated in classic English style, immaculately clean, and equipped with every comfort one could ask for. The location was perfect — just a short walk from Buckingham Palace and close to excellent restaurants and shops. What truly stood out, however, was the attention to detail in every aspect of the service, from the delicious afternoon tea to the nightly turndown service with thoughtful touches. It’s a rare gem that combines old-world charm with modern luxury, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in USA
I like the location; it's close to everything I love in NYC. The room has a basic chic style—small, but it’s okay. I wish they had a fridge. The bar and rooftop are really nice; love the vibes at the bar—so sexy. It's near the Path and Penn Station. The staff is friendly, and the food is yummy.

This is one of my all-time favorite hotels. We loved that we could easily walk down to Korea town, hit up a variety of other fun food trucks or restaurants within walking distance, check out the Empire State Building, catch the hop-on-off tour bus, and find a wide variety of shopping all within walking distance. And that's not even counting the fact that the rooms and the hotel itself have such an amazing design (with a coffee shop in the lobby, a patio bar, etc.) so you kind of want to just chill at Made. The staff was also amazing - friendly and helpful. We've already been back and taken friends along for the ride!
If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would! We had a great stay. The hotel is great; comfortable, very well located for visiting all of Manhattan, and what's more, a pleasant atmosphere and impeccable customer service! All the staff are available, attentive, and very kind. I recommend it 100%.
Such a cute boutique hotel! Location was perfectly in the middle of everything. Rooms were clean. Their patio and coffee shop had a great vibe to them. Jeremy the barista is wonderful!
Minimalistic hotel with a minimalistic room, not even a closet, one side of the bed is against the wall so no nightstand. The room doesn’t even have a proper chair to sit in, just 2 small benches. They have water in the room, which they offer you the courtesy to purchase for $7. At $500 per night, it might be the worst value hotel room I have ever stayed in, even for NYC. Other options abound - try the Ace, the William, etc in the same general neighborhood.
My stay was disappointing due to excessive nighttime noise, which made sleep nearly impossible and the in-room speakers only worsened the situation. It felt like the people next door might as well just come in my room and talk. Good location though!
