Love the Made hotel!!! Great location, nice room and loving and respectful folks working there. Ama, the sweet person tending the coffee shop in the lobby was particularly nice and friendly, and so professional!! Kudos Made!

We've stayed at Made Hotel in the past. We came back because our first stay, in March 2025, was perfect. For our second visit, we reserved 2 rooms and stayed for 4 nights. I love the hotel and the location is amazing. We were checked in by Alex, he was wonderful and kind. All the baristas at the cafe, bartenders and housekeeping staff were wonderful. But there are a couple front desk employees that are mean...and it's weird. We had no special requests, we made no complaints. Also, we were told that hotel guests could sit at the Reserved tables in the lobby. But depending on who was working the front desk, that may not be true.

What a great hotel!!! Based on location, newness, interior, bed, shower and staff! Nothing was too much, everything was taken care off. Especially kudos to Alex from the frontdesk and Alex the barista! And Priscilla for exactly measuring by hand the right weights of our suitcases before going to JFK. Guests of room 507

Cleanliness was 8/10 rooms are efficiency size but general ambiance is 10/10. Toiletries 10/10. As a water aficionado: TOP TIER WATER lol. 10/10 location. Cool bar inside, upstairs, and a nice patio. The sign for the entrance of the hotel is on the ground so just pay attention to the ground lol I kept walking by it 😝
Will be back when I need to stay in the area.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are small but not miserably small, we had 3 adults and had enough room. The beds however are very small and my husband, who is tall, was unable to be comfortable. One elevator broke the first day we were there and was finally fixed the morning we checked out. The remaining elevator would skip floors several times in a row each day we were there. They had water sitting out which was very much appreciated during the heat wave. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was great. The area is great and located next to everything we needed.

The maintenance staff called me ‘handicapped’ just because I’m a petite woman carrying a large bag and used the exit push button. I will never visit again.

Great location away from the crowds of midtown while being close to all that NYC has to offer. The staff were outstanding with consistently friendly and helpful service. We loved the rooftop bar. Our room was comfortable and a great size, we paid more to have a larger room. The compulsory experience fee is a bit limited; we were rarely at the hotel in the timeframe for wine, and all coffee options could be on offer, not just filter, in the morning.
