It's a beautiful hotel and the staff are really great. I felt the rooms were a little small though and lacked some storage space, although I appreciate that it's New York and that's kinda the style the hotel is going for. The coffee shop and the bar are great amenities to visit and make use of.The doors are really thin though and you can hear everything that's going on in the corridor. The walls aren't quite as thin but we could hear an argument that kicked off in the room next door.On balance I would recommend it since it is pretty well located.

Great location for sightseeing manhattan, took us a little time to get use to the dim lighting in the evening. great place to relax in the roof top bar. Would highly recommend if you want to try a hotel which balances the quirky with quality and kindness.

Located in a convenient area within walking distance of the subway, with many shops and restaurants nearby, the room has a sleek design with minimalistic style, albeit not overly spacious. You can head to the rooftop bar upstairs to relax and enjoy the city lights at night. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there is also a café on the ground floor.If you're seeking a more traditional hotel experience, you might want to look elsewhere, as this one is more akin to an Instagram-friendly hotel.

Hotel is well located in Manhattan and rooms are well-sized and considerately furnished.However, be aware of additional charges- a $30 per night "curation" fee was added to our invoice for things you would otherwise expect to be included (e.g access to the bar, Wi-Fi) or things that are difficult to make use of (e.g a free glass of wine if you're in the hotel between 4pm and 5pm).

The staff makes The Made! Every member of the team we encountered was friendly and helpful. The personal interactions elevated our experience. Once again, human connection for the win! As a mother, I would not suggest this hotel for families with young children, our kids are teenagers and it was even a bit of a stretch for them. This very hip hotel is perfect for couples sans little ones, friend gatherings or work trips. The location is very convenient as Penn Station is just a few blocks away and there are subway and bus stops equally close. The rooms are even smaller than I could have imagined and some of the routine amenities we are used to (ice machines, drinking cups in the room, mini fridge, extra blankets, etc.) in chain hotels were unfortunately missing, but no reason to not consider this lovely hotel.

Where to begin! This is my second stay with Made hotels and I have to say it’s my favorite in the city so far.Each stay is better than the last, I always feel extremely comfortable and the hotel with Japanese inspired decor is easy on the eyes.The location is great, you can grab a nice well done coffee/ tea below and they have room service options from their restaurant.Every time I stay it feels like I’m the only one in the hotel, you rarely run into other guest on the elevator or your floor. The rooms are extremely quiet. All you hear are the rumbles of the city.Well done you guys, I cannot wait to come back!Rooms: Very well sized, beds are comfortable and big. Plenty of space to hang your items and lay out your shoes. The shower is incredible and is stocked with malin goetz products.
