This is my 2nd visit, after experiencing poor service the first time. Thought I'd give them another chance because the food was really good. Unfortunately, I ended up having another poor experience with the waitstaff with them not really paying attention to when we needed something- had to wave them over a couple times. It also took a long time for them to notice us for the check.

Great spot right in midtown and with a warm relaxed atmosphere. Something for everyone on the menu for our group that included 2 adults and 2 teens. Servers were all very nice. Food came quickly enough.

Nice ambience and great service. The drinks were excellent, and the food was good. It wasn't all great. However, that creme brûlée sure was! It was deceiving to charge for water (yes, water) when we asked for still water aka tap water. That was a turn-off. The prices were typical for midtown Manhattan, which means a bit overpriced. Overall, it was a nice experience and we would return to try different items (just with our own water)

Worst burrata, tasteless burrata and tomatoes, why offer this if you won’t buy decent ingredients? Poor service, pretty much ignored other than the big party they had.

We went for brunch and loved it! Great food and the mimosas were amazing! Will definitely be back. Staff is wonderful and extremely accommodating. (And quick to fill our mimosas.)

My bff & I loved our first time at this perfectly-located cafe near Grand Central! Had the most delicious take on a French 75 and a perfect espresso martini to end the night on a great note :)

Dining at Madison and Vine was a wonderful way to end our visit to NYC! The food was excellent and service from our waiter, Luis, was incredible! We felt like VIPs during our entire time there. There is not a single thing that could have been any better than it was. I cannot recommend them high enough!

Madison and Vine is a treasure in the Grand Central neighborhood. The good and service cannot be matched. Our server, Luis, ensured that we had a perfect experience. We were not rushed in any way, and just thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our visit there.

I was staying at the Library Hotel and didn't want to go far on the day I was checking out so made a brunch reservation. There were not many people in when I sat down, but had a full restaurant when I left. They have a very nice Brunch menu and will definitely have to check out the full menu the next time I'm in New York. I love French Toast so had to try it. It was the perfect balance of crip and fluffy. It wasn't extremely sweet, and had the syrup on the side which was perfect. The atmosphere was very soothing and you could tell the other patrons were comfortable there. Really enjoyed my time eating at Madison & Vine
