These people don't know how to follow directions. This is the last time I go to this place. I had the same sandwich made for me two times the wrong way. If you ask for a grilled sandwich why do they toast it. Why is the price always different every time. Their food belongs in the garbage.

Service is good. The food IS TERRIBLE AND OVERPRICED. I am not coming back here again. Ever heard of condiments? salt? also.. $12 for a wrap? NAH SON.

Absolutely loved the experience at Madison Bagel & Grill! The bagels were fresh and delicious, and the grill options were mouthwatering. Excellent service and cozy atmosphere. Can't wait to come back!
