I just bought a cup of coffee here this morning. Upon tasting it at the counter (to decide if I wanted milk or not, depending on the roast type) I discovered it was luke warm. The counter guy offered to steam it for me, thinking on his feet. However, turns out he had a fresh pot of coffee that he used to top up my coffee later. Come, quality control guys - don't serve a suboptimal product when you've got a better one in the queue behind it. I'm stuck with a watery coffee with a frothy top (!). Can't trust these guys anymore ...

Pastries and coffee are all ok but not great. Considering amount of other very high quality coffee shops and bakeries nearby, it’s not really a place you would go to more than once.
