We encountered serious problems with the U.S. Postal Service, none of which was the fault of the Magazine Cafe. They were completely understanding and gracious. They shipped out a replacement magazine immediately and didn't charge me a cent. Very friendly and responsive staff. Well done!

I have been ordering from them since 2020 and have always been impressed by the selection and by the excellent customer service provided. Magazines are packed with care and communication is very good regarding shipping and any issues that might come up. I am a customer for life! Order from these folks or go and visit and help keep print and the last of the great newsstands alive!

They replied back right away, informing me that my order was on the way and should arrive within 3-5 days. They were very kind, helpful, and courteous. Much to my surprise, the magazine was delivered in today’s mail, securely wrapped and sealed, and in excellent condition. I’m completely satisfied with this first time experience with this company, and highly recommend them to everyone!
