Waited 15 mins before our server took our order. Then another 15 to get our drink (beer and cocktail). Food came out like 10 mins after drinks which wasn't bad. Then at the end of the night the elevator was down and they wouldn't let us take the stairs. They said they were for emergency only. Eventually after 15 or so people got fed up with waiting for an elevator we took stairs anyway. The food was the only real plus.
Magic Hour Rooftop Bar – A Must-Visit NYC Spot! Had an amazing time at Magic Hour Rooftop Bar! The atmosphere was vibrant and fun, with incredible views of the Empire State Building that made the night feel truly special. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the drinks were top-notch — perfectly mixed and beautifully presented. It's the ideal place for a relaxed evening with friends or a date night in the city. Highly recommend!
We came for happy hour before a concert at Madison square garden. The food was so good. My husband and I split guac, chicken parm sliders, tacos, and the pigs in a blanket. $6 rosé was a happy hour special so we had a few of those and one of the spritzes each. The floral decor was super cute. We would definitely go back!
I was staying at the hotel with my daughter and her friend for a concert and made a reservation for the floral room during brunch so they could be allowed up there. We were sat promptly, the staff was attentive, and the food/drinks came out quickly. My daughter loved their Dubai Chocolate Croissant. All the food was good, and it didn't break the bank. We got up to take pictures and had a very nice time. My only note is that it was a little loud, more suited for nighttime crowd music levels than brunch, but I enjoyed the type of music they were playing.
The overall experience was average, the food was the best part. But, service, music was not auditable in certain spot of the restaurant or loud in others. The service lacked focus
View was not as described. Not acknowledged as we sat there for over 15 minutes. Walked out. I was actually staying at the Moxy
Not great service, we weren't offered water or coffee refills. We weren't even seated in our correct spot. My avocado toast came with egg, I asked for it on the side, and was charged for it!
What an awful place. Why do people recommend it, I really wonder. They made us stand in the rain until they opened and they were very rude about it. Once in they took us to our reserved table which was not on the flower garden side. That's the whole reason we went so we asked to sit there and they said there were no servers on that side! We had some drinks and appetizers which were nothing notable. The server we had was slow and had to be called each time we needed something even though we were practically her only table as we were there at 5pm. She had the audacity to point at the 20% tip when she brought the machine to pay. Overall this place is seedy looking and here they are acting like they are the best rooftop bar. I would never recommend this place and don't know why anyone else would.
The food was good but similar to the bar and grill. The music was too loud to talk. Our waitress didn't come over for 15 minutes and after we didn't buy alcohol she rarely came back to check on us. I understand it's a bar however we came at brunch and it was only 1/2 full.
French toast was awful. Cold and tough, I wish I ordered the omelette. Server was nice, drinks were good.

Unfortunately very disappointed! Made reservations in advance for the Bloom Terrace experience but when we arrived we were informed private party so no access and they can find us a seat at the bar. We were hungry and there so ate. With a reservation, would have expected either dont allow reservations or a notification of the change to allow for us to make other plans in advance.
This was such a cute and fun experience! We enjoyed the atmosphere and the aesthetic of the Magic Hour. It was super fun!
We had a wonderful experience celebrating my daughter's 21st - over from the UK. Lovely place & exceptional staff
We were double charged for drinks because they switched waitresses and then added on charges that was not ordered by me but by someone else in my party.
This was such a fun place to get drinks with my friend! We had a great time and thought that the bouquet of cuffing season spritz's were a great idea. 10/10. Also a fantastic view of the Empire State building
