Clean and cozy bakery. The smell of fresh bread is irresistible!
Very good banana pudding
Banana Pudding. It was fantastic!
So good
We had an impromptu birthday party for one of my co workers. Check out the birthday cake.
you know. it's magnolia in NY
I’ve enjoyed their cupcakes and banana pudding in the past, but my experience today was really disappointing. The red velvet cupcakes tasted like they were made days ago. The texture was dry and dense, and the frosting was bland and flavorless. The banana pudding was okay, but it didn’t taste fresh either. On top of that, the store didn’t even have proper AC in the middle of summer! It was uncomfortably warm inside. I wouldn’t recommend this location based on today’s visit. Not sure if the other branches are better.
Used to be ok. Has gone downhill. Cake today tasted of acetone. Called to let them know and suggest they might want to test it or take it off the shelf but they were dismissive. A few weeks ago the cream cheese frosting didn’t have any sugar in it, so was just cream cheese. Go figure… Oh, and the frosting has always been a bit too sickly sweet. It needs a touch of salt to balance it out, so I usually add that at home.
this is the third time I came to this place and they don't have any banana pudding or red velvet pudding. today is the last time I try. I came as they open and no pudding. correction they had pudding but that nasty hot chocolate or whatever it's called filled up the refrigerator they tell me to come back in 2 hrs and I came back3 hrs and still nothing. what a waste of time.. glad I still got my money.bet it probably nasty
Ordered a birthday cake for my son and cake was dry (compared to the slice I sampled before ordering). The frosting was brittle (cream cheese frosting). To make matters worse they completely failed on the design I meticulously provided for them…location of text wrong, execution of simple design poor, and they misspelled my son’s name. While the manager was understanding and offered me a 25% discount I have yet to see that credited back to me. The worst of it was the icer who didn’t take kindly to the criticism and muttered in passive aggressive fashion. It wasn’t worth my time to argue with her. Someone like that with poor execution skills and equally poor manners shouldn’t work there.

Line is far too long. 21 people, and they've been stuck on the first patron for 3-5 minutes

Good cupcake , awful customer service. Cashier straight up ignored me for 5 minutes with no one else around, and not even apologized after. There were 4 other available workers and none of them took my order neither. My cappuccino was cold and only filled at half, not the full cup. Basically I asked for a large cappuccino and they gave me less than a regular one. It’s a shame because Magnolia is really good, just not this branch.
