Matcha Cafe Maiko is my favorite spot for desserts! This spot is my go-to, especially when I'm craving matcha or hojicha flavors. The Maiko Special is always one of my favorites to order and share with a friend, but this month's specials were black sesame which I knew I had to try as well! I ordered the black sesame soft serve and my friend ordered the black sesame latte, and both were incredible! I'm a huge fan of black sesame flavored desserts, and these really hit the spot.
Also loved how the shop was decorated beautifully for Halloween! Amazing quality desserts, service, and vibes. I also appreciate how this location has a few benches outside, so when I visit with friends, we're able to sit together right outside the shop and enjoy our desserts. I've been here several times and will definitely will keep coming back!

We ordered Maiko special which you can choose the flavor of ice cream and soft serve. I really love Matcha ice cream not too sweet and perfect combination with moji and red beans. There is a small spot you can sit in the front of the store.

Ice cream is really good and actually taste like matcha , but i’ve been here going on 3 times and it seems like there are only kind to Asians. Any questions I asked were answered with an attitude or snarky undertone and my order was misheard and when i got My cup they insisted that I didn’t say that and eventually fixed the issues but again with an attitude and eye rolls. I wish i had other options for good matcha ice cream with better customer service. Below was the first time i went , I didn’t record the last few times.

this is the perfect spot if you’re craving a sweet treat! they have a variety of items from frappe, soft swerve and more. I got their black sesame which is here for a limited time and it’s a must try! the black sesame flavor is there in every bite. can’t wait to come back and try other items!
I tried a few of their soft serve offerings and drink and everything was so yummy! They have a black sesame flavor right now which is so good!! Definitely the perfect spot for a great matcha treat!!

We were at this location a few weeks ago. Ordered Matcha soft serve cup. It was the worst matcha ice cream we ever had. It didn't taste like matcha and it didn't have the smooth consistency. We love Philadelphia Chinatown location the best, less expensive and tastes so much better.

Overhyped, the matcha was ok and it’s within a ramen restaurant so you can only take to go. I got the matcha latte with soft serve and it was definitely grainy.
