this restaurant was personally picked by my niece for her bday whom traveled from from va. we traveled 2 hours into Manhattan to meet her and the rest of the family there. party of 8. it was very Dark . we had to use phone lights to see the menu. it was cold. had coats on most of the time. $38 for crab cakes $38 for steak. at that price mash potatoes and a veggie should be part of the entree. NOPE!.. only fries. the fries were cold on 2 meals. the cake my niece was most excited for was out!!! they said come back for it the next day. my niece stayed in soho. the next morning she ordered a slice of cake online and paid for pick up at 5pm. while on route to pick up... she received a call saying they have a private event and she can't pick up her slice of cake. she explain she had been there the night before and prepaid. they refused to accommodate. !!! Horrible

Came for dinner and had an absolutely fantastic time! The garlic and parm pull apart bread was insane - shocked how delicious yet airy they were. Tabitha took care of us and was extremely attentive and made our night! She let us know we could split our French onion soup and helped with recos on what to get — like the Oreo ice box cake which was not too sweet.

Overall Maison Pickle was good. Solid, tasty food and good bang for your buck but nothing extraordinary. French toast was a bit dry and one of the pieces of fried chicken was super chewy.
The omelet was tasty! And the pull apart pumpkin bread was yummy!

Tried to walk in at 7:30pm solo but had no luck. Ordered a slice of cake at the bar to take home. 10/10 chocolate cake. Will be back for dinner soon.

Sorry Maison Pickle but your French Dip was pretty poor. Tough, chewy, stringy and bad tasting. I suppose I am spoiled after eating French Dip at Houston's / Hillstone. Their French Dip is the gold standard and Maison Pickle just doesn't cut the mustard... There was however mustard on the plate which was never mentioned. I should have know it wasn't going to be good when I asked if the meat could be sliced extra thin, I was told it is already sliced... So it's sliced and sitting around for who know how long... The 24 layer cake tasted stale. I so wanted to love my meal.

I ordered takeout the buttermilk caesar salad. The chicken tastes like it's three d printed will never order that again.I don't even think I'll go here.Participate in purchasing anything from this place. Also, they gave me a big giant bowl of salad and no salad dressing.I wish I could give them zero stars.I should have just went to jacob pickles like my first thought

This place could be so good if they just tried a little harder, because the concept is great.

There's no need for the food to be as absurdly greasy as it is. The roux on my deluxe French dip was floury and gross. The sandwich would be SO much better if it had caramelized onions and cheese inside, instead of a haphazard topping of roux and batter-fried onions (like, how am I supposed to dip it if half the ingredients are outside the sandwich??).

There's also kind of a weird smell in the restaurant that turned my stomach, I am sensitive to these things but it smells a bit like a dirty rag and burnt grease :(

So we came here hunting for chocolate layer cake but they were out. Probably for the best as we had stuffed our faces with the amazing garlic and parmesan pull apart bread and some deviled eggs. We got French dip sandwiches and the French gruyere frites with bacon. The food was really top notch!

The entire menu is delicious...this is my new favorite place. The Patty melt, the TomHawk Steak, and the 24 layer Chocolate Cake..

My Hungry Man came out to play.

My partner and I dined yesterday for brunch. We didn’t have reservations but were seated immediately. The food was amazing but the service was outstanding. Kailey F was our server and she was warm, knowledgeable, and very patient. All of her recommendations were top notch. Would definitely return again just for her alone.
