Good location. Food was very good, but it was very crowded. We had a Monte Cristo sandwich which was delicious and big enough to share, and a cup of chicken noodles soup. Perfect for a cold day.

Went here with a group of friends. I had a veggie omlette with hashbrowns and a cinnamon raisin bagel. It wasn't anything I would go back for. The service, on the other hand, was top tier. The guy who took my order gave me a rough New York style delivery that was comforting to me. 😆 🤣 😂 I'm from New York, so I get it. The cashier was awesome and accommodating by providing extra things that I needed, like condiments and to go containers. She made me laugh with her whit and humor. I would return for the service only. The atmosphere was chilled.

It's an average nyc deli. It's not bad but not great either. Their cheesecake and other deserts are great.
Seeing as it's near times square be prepared for it to be busy but ive been when it is both a wait and not so it depends.

I guess when in New York it's mandatory to visit a deli, however in this writers opinion, you can find better rye bread, pastrami, and pickles in Winnipeg.

Pretty quick service. A good number of community tables to eat at. More seating upstairs.

Surprisingly excellent!
Yeah, $17 for a hero is a bit much, but when everything else is booked, and I sat down, and I found a truly well-made sandwich, well-balanced, miles above Subway and all, I was like, yeah.
My pal had a salad, and it was presented nicely, dressed tastefully - if we'd been served this in a full-service restaurant, we'd be quite happy.
This wouldn't be my destination sandwich / salad, but it's miles ahead of the other deli-types nearby.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Went there yesterday to grab some dinner and it was overpriced and the food was dry and horrible. I bought 3 sandwiches and 3 drinks it was literally $80. Don't go here.

In terms of delis, this is one of the best egg sandwiches. Eggs are well cooked, roll is soft, bacon is crispy. Order came out fast. On the expensive side (over $10) but it’s really good and I would 100% come back.
I also got a quesadilla the day before which I loved.
