This is the perfect slice of NYC pizza. Full stop.
They had just taken the pie out of the oven. The crust was good, with a little crunch on the bottom. The rest was just ok. The sauce and cheese were not very flavorful. It wasn’t bad, just ok.

The pizza parlor is very small and has casement doors that open up. Despite being very simple, the pizza we had was absolutely amazing. The crust had this crunch that was easy to rip out a bite. A slice isn't cheap, but having a slice occassionally is amazing. You shouldn't have the slice brought home, however. You need to enjoy it there and leave it at that.
