Such delicious food! The portions are huge! We had the churrasco and chicken salteada with rice and beans. I will always dine here whenever I am in the neighborhood.

The food was very good, and the portion was fairly big. The waitress was not friendly and combative when I asked for an oxtail with rice without beans. She insisted that they came with rice even if I didn't want the beans. I was going to be charged for it anyway. I changed my order for roast pork with rice and beans, and again, she became annoyed that I had changed the order. I also ordered a mofongo with pork. While I was writing this post she came and asked if I wanted anything else and I said that I was still working on it and she raised her voice saying I am just asking if you wanted anything else and left. Overall, the experience was not pleasant. Plenty of other places in NY you can go to have a good meal without the attitude.

Worst service out of a TV show. The waitress was giving her coworker a back rub instead of checking up on me. Didn’t even give me water with my meal.. on top of that I asked for mayo/ketchup sauce.. she handed me packets of ketchup and mayo and told me to mix it myself.

It is a good restaurant, except that sometimes the waiters, if you arrive after 8:30, tell you that you should keep in mind that the restaurant closes at 9:30 pm and that displeases the customer.
