I ate in this restaurant this evening (7th Nov) during which a huge rat jumped out of a plant pot and ran through the restaurant. Whilst bad enough, the managers response and handling was absolutely atrocious, not once did he apologise, he then proceeded to bad mouth us to other customers and suggest we were lying despite other tables also witnessing this. He was incredibly defensive and made my pregnant friend visibly upset. I’m appalled by his response and the customer service plus he still had the audacity to request a tip!

I give this place 0 stars. The manager was totally rude to my friends and I. A huge rat ran through the restaurant and grazed My feet while I was dining so clearly I was freaked out. When I told the manager he didn’t apologize and said that the rat came from outside when I saw it jump out of the the plant with two own eyes. When I asked to speak with his manager he said no, did not give me any contact info. I told him this was a terrible service and experience overall service. I was honestly embarrassed for my friend from the Uk to have this experience in NYC. Don’t go here. The food was disgusting and the service was even worse.

Ate inside for brunch. They don’t accommodate parties or 6 outside. It was a beautiful day so that was disappointing because we had a reservation and expected to eat outside — seaport is a beautiful area after all. The inside is okay but definitely can’t match outdoor view.
Food itself was excellent. The Malibu Eggs Benedict was delicious.

Disappointing.
Food was okay and came out really quick. However, the Burger was under cooked and steak wasn't cooked to temperature we asked for.
The worst part was our drinks. Our drinks didn't come till we were half way through our mains and after asking where they were twice. Never got good confirmation about what was going on. We were told "the bar was held up". I understand that but the whole situation was handled with no care. A disappointing evening could have easily been avoided.
Upon paying, I didn't leave a tip because a tip wasn't deserved. The server just kept saying "but that's my wages" and kept trying to guilt me into leaving a tip.
Wouldn't recommend spending money here.
