We have gone to Malka now about ten times since its opening and have only been increasingly pleased each time. The staff seems to love their jobs - they are warm and excited to talk about the food. The food is exceptional, exciting, fresh and fun. The vibe is so alive and never feels stuffy. The drinks are 💯 and the bartenders are always so friendly and fun. We also love the music with the blend of Israeli and American. Literally everyone working there is so friendly with each other and all those eating there. My husband and I have decided we really don’t need to go anywhere else. Each time, we have the most fun and the best food and it’s never exactly the same.

It's too noisy. Aside from that, great everything and a very creative menu. Not crazily priced like certain other kosher restaurants.

Everything was fantastic! Food has a nice modern twist and tastey, drinks were great, and Service was excellent. I wouldn't give bad grades for this , but the only issue we had was that it was a bit tight, the table felt very close and cramped but I guess for Manhattan it makes sense..
I didn’t think Malka could get any better but then brunch happened! Amazing!! My new favorite meal! The salatim were amazing. I can’t believe how good the mohammura and tomato and caper sauce were- I didn’t even think I liked capers until I tried and loved that sauce! Please never get rid of brunch!!
Maya was an incredible server. She went above and beyond to make sure our every need was attended to. I saw her check in with parties waiting at the host stand while the host was seating other guests. When I inquired about a straw, she states you had no straws but offered to go next door and get one for me- a completely generous and gracious offer I declined but it showed how hospitable she is. Maya joins the ranks of David as our favorite servers at Malka!
Btw you can upgrade your brunch to include unlimited cocktails or mocktails for $10
Normal brunch includes a coffee, tea or soda

The food here is outstanding—truly excellent. But be warned: the portions are very small, and the upselling is relentless. You’ll probably spend around $300, and it won’t feel plentiful.
When you’re going out for a birthday dinner and dropping that kind of money, you expect to leave full and satisfied. Instead, when the “famous schnitzel” came out, I almost laughed (or cried). Suddenly it made sense why the waitress had been encouraging us to order more: the dishes are intentionally light. If you actually want to feel like you had a meal, you’ll need to order five or six dishes, and then you’re looking at a $500 tab.
Bottom line: everything tastes amazing, but the portions and pricing are not for the faint of heart.

Everything was 10/10, service vibe food, good Israeli music, cocktails were delicious and no need to talk about eyal shanis food, he never misses
Place is kosher
Only thing was that everything is pricey
But other than that I absolutely recommend

We had a great dining experience at Malka in Manhattan. The restaurant has a unique and vibrant atmosphere with a creative and interesting menu. We ordered the potato dish, ribs, and more, and everything was flavorful, beautifully presented, and memorable. It’s a wonderful spot if you’re looking for something different and exciting in the city.

I've been to Malka a few times now. The first time was after it had opened, and it was good! I wasn't blown away so I didn't return for a while (until this June) where the food and experience were next level! The melon salad, hummus with ground beef, and short rib were STANDOUTS. I couldn't stop thinking about that meal (especially the melon salad) so I decided to celebrate my birthday at Malka in early September, opting for the prix fixe menu since we were a large party. Not only was Malka accommodating in terms of special requests but the service was outstanding and we all felt it was a great value (though pricey). We were all extremely impressed and satisfied with every dish – and there were many! – and left the meal with big smiles on our faces. I hope to celebrate many more special occasions at Malka!

A truly outstanding restaurant. Every bite was delicious. NOM.
This was the greatest food experience I’ve had in a long time! We got a bunch of different dishes to try and every single one of them tasted incredible. The dishes were unlike any food I’ve gotten at other restaurants - and so beyond good. The staff were super nice - shout out to Andrew, Chef David, Jesus, and Adi. The ambiance was fun and relaxed. For a kosher restaurant in Manhattan, the prices were great. I will definitely be back!!
