Love this spot on the uws. The salads and sandwiches were delicious as always and very fresh, and the space is super cute with plenty of tables outside and great service as always. Perfect spot for an elevated casual lunch.

I stopped by for the first time and really enjoyed it! I ordered the bacon and egg sandwich along with a fruit tea—both were delicious. The sandwich was freshly made and perfectly balanced, and the fruit tea was super refreshing. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The Martha Stewart tea, tart, crème brûlée bun, and kitchen sink cookie were amazing. The espresso martini and Bloody Mary were great too!

Oh my goodness!!
The food was so good.
The service was excellent.
It was my first time eating at Maman. I always passed by the restaurant and wanted to try it out. And today was the day, but I wasn’t sure what to get. Evan was so helpful. She paid attention to the type of foods I liked and did not like. She also suggested a couple of dishes. I ended up getting the Martine’s Steak Sandwich. Wow! Delicious!! It was just what I needed.
Maman is a great environment. The food is great. The staff is excellent.
I’ll be back and will definitely recommend “Maman” to anyone looking for a delicious meal.

I visited Maman for the first time today and ordered a takeaway coffee and nutty chocolate chip cookie. Solely on the cookie, I would rate Maman 5 stars as it was the perfect cookie - crispy on the outside and perfectly gooey on the inside. But the service received from the barista was shocking and unacceptable, especially for an establishment like Maman. She was rude and served me with attitude when I asked questions about how to redeem the birthday reward on the app. I also witnessed her behaviour with other staff - it was clear from her interaction with me and fellow staff that she did not appear happy to be doing her job and her attitude was as if she was doing us a favour by serving us. Unfortunately, although this was the first time I tried Maman, it left a bad taste and I certainly will not be going back in a hurry, at least to the Lincoln Centre cafe. Loved the cookie; terrible service.

I was actually quite surprised by our experience here. Popped in on the way to a movie for a breakfast sandwich. They have a lot of dessert-type options and like 5 quiche options, all of which were on display. I probably would have gotten one of the quiches, but in the end they looked fairly old and were fairly caloric-the latter I don't think is necessary information for such an establishment to display (others may disagree).
What bothered me most, though, is that we ordered a simple croissant and then probably waited 5 minutes for it to be heated up in the kitchen. I would have thought it would be taken from the display case and put into the microwave behind the counter, which wasn't the case, enforcing my belief that these were older. Fine, but then when we actually ate the "warmed up" croissant, it was just super cold in the center. So I truly don't understand what they ended up doing to this mysteriously appearing pastry. Ultimately regret choosing this as there are many other options in the area.
If you’re looking for an overpriced coffee / breakfast spot with a great ambiance - this is for you.. and I mean that in a good way! Everyone knows an aesthetically pleasing breakfast or coffee spot is worth the price and this place definitely was.
