High-quality and delicious pastries and snacks, however they almost never open on time. I pass by on my way to the office and at 7am they are rarely ready to open. They’ve lost a lot of business from me as a result.

Unacceptable service. Stopped for the first time. When we requested part of our paid order that was left out of serving us, I was met with an eye roll. Over priced, food was bland and cold, service even colder. Walk a block further and spend your money elsewhere.

You must have the lavender honey latte! Their baristas are absolutely top notch. I don't really have the baked goods, but the menu offerings hit the spot.

Maman is always a fav for me in the city. They have the best lattes and the best ambiance - it's so cute! (Also the pistachio croissants are literally the BEST)

Narrow cafe but ample space for standing and a few tables in the corner for sitting. And it still has the quaint and pretty vibe as their other larger cafes. It gets pretty busy in sporadic bursts throughout the afternoon. I usually get the oat mocha and appreciate their seasonal hot drinks as well. If I'm feeling up for an indulgent treat, I get their famous chocolate chip cookie. This place is my go-to for a great quality hot coffee drink with ample foam.

The service in my case was terrible. I ordered a coffee and a baked good to go. I received the coffee in good order, but the food did not appear. When I asked where I could pick it up the cashier said it would take 8 to 10 minutes to heat up. I told them I could not wait that long. The cashier apologized and noted that the server was supposed to inform me of the wait time. The server had said nothing to me. The cashier told me that I could cancel the food order and would be refunded. I canceled the order, but have received no refund on my credit card. I'm so much upset about not receiving the food, but I'm writing this review because the company has welched on the refund. This is bad business. So the lesson here is: beware what your order at Maman Grand Central!

Not as good as the other locations which have been super. Staff not very friendly or just don’t care. Cappuccinos were so milky and it seemed like it was too much to ask for a pastry to be warmed up or for cinnamon on my cappuccino. Will definitely avoid this location with so many around.

Loved the varieties here! It was my first time trying out this cafe. We got the pecan chocolate croissant roll, pumpkin pie croissant cube (seasonal), egg and spinach quiche, egg salad croissant sandwich. Absolutely delicious and freshly baked. The best quiche I ever had. Would love to try other items on the menu.

Oh where to begin…beautiful space, ambiance is as yummy as the breakfast sandwich and mocha I ordered. On our way out we purchased two AMAZING cookies ( pumpkin chia seed and one of Oprah’s fav chic chip macadamia!!!) to enjoy during intermission of the play we were headed too.

Must stop when near grand central station area. Staff was super sweet. I got the seasonal French toast maple iced latte with oat milk and it was so yummy. I also got the breakfast bowl, a kouign amann (heated up) and of course a nutty cookie to go! Food was all bomb and there is limiting seating and tables (about 5-8 two tops) however i was able to snag one by the window and read and it was really peaceful.

A couple of my colleagues and I were looking for some sweets and coffee the other day. Since it was Halloween and wanred something outside the typical fun-size candy bars, we thought some baked goods would hit the spot. Maman is located pretty close to my office, so we thought it was a good spot to check out. Maman, or Petite Maman as the signage indicates, is located on Park Ave not far from GCT. There are a few locations in the Northeast, and I'm assuming this one is called 'petite' since it's pretty small inside. We got lucky and there was barely a line when we entered - it's kinda tight inside but really neat with bright colors that makes the space seem larger than it actually is. They have a decent selection of bakes goods, as salads, sandwiches, coffee, and tea. I was looking for bakes - the Nutella brownie and the apple loaf stood out the most. I also picked up a cappuccino because caffeine. The bakes were okay - I expected the brownie to be fudgier, but it landed more on the cakey side. The loaf had good flavor but was a little too heavy, and the cappuccino was fine. Service was good - everyone was friendly and we were taken care of promptly. Overall, just fine. I wasn't impressed with their bakes but I'm not ready to write them off yet. In a pinch I would return to try more of their selection.

I am very disappointed with the location and the service. No notice was taken of new guests, the place was not cleaned and after 20 minutes of waiting we got up and left again.
