The man with the dark hair and beard making the coffees was so rude. Told me they were closing soon and wasn’t actually closing for a full hour and insisted that I had my coffee in a takeaway cup. When I asked for it in a normal cup he was huffing and puffing and said if it’s that big a deal for you then fine.

Great little place. Coffee was good. Bacon, egg and cheese bagel breakfast sandwich was excellent. I had a vanilla filled donut. It was so good!

The people in charge of service give a great performance at elaborating & delivering the food and just the exact amount of kindness needed; the best morning stop these days while in town, we’ll be back for sure next time. Took my Croissant hair pin as a souvenir 🥐 !!

Ham egg and cheese croissant (croissant itself) was baked perfectly. The salmon croissant (the croissant itself) was dry, overbaked, and with WAY too many seasonings on it. Overpriced, but so is all of nyc ha so wadayagannado?!?!

Absolutely love Maman! The vibe is super cozy, the coffee’s amazing, and the pastries are top-tier. Staff is always friendly too — perfect spot to chill or catch up with friends.
Personally love this café. I usually come here before going to my academy. The atmosphere is super cozy, and the staff is really friendly — especially the manager. I love that it’s a laptop-free environment!

Great Maman! I always go to Maman in the city, and this one is just as good! I ordered a cappuccino with oat milk, the smashed avocado tartine with an egg on top, and a chocolate croissant. Service was great. I highly recommend!

Terrible service. The cashier was on her phone while I was placing my order. I waited 10 minutes for my coffee while the baristas were putting on lipstick. When I asked where my order was, they said, “Oh, maybe someone took it,” even though I had been standing by the pick-up counter and no one had put a coffee like mine there. They completely forgot my order, and when I finally got it, they handed it to me with a look as if I owed them something. By the way, the cappuccino in the cup was barely half full and was bitter because there was very little milk in it. I’ve been to many Maman locations, but this staff was by far the worst.

Today I asked for extra vanilla in my vanilla latte, and the male barista poured in way too much syrup — I had to ask him to stop, and he seemed annoyed. The result was an overly sweet, undrinkable coffee. Really disappointing experience from a place I used to love.
