I felt being discriminated as Asian. We were two of us and were both served with paper box even though we told the lady at the cashier that we were dining in. Everyone else was served with normal plates but not us. The staff almost throw the paper boxes on our table, really grumpy and unfriendly. I didn’t feel welcomed at all. It was really disappointing because I liked the interior and shop’s atmosphere. Lady at the cashier was friendly. Only the one who brought the food to us was unfriendly. I’m not going there anymore.

We went there attracted by the good reviews. It was very early in the morning and the place wasn’t busy at all. You expect to find a good environment, still not saturated by the chaos of the city. Instead, we were treated with indifference and like if we were bothering the girl that took our order. I say “good morning” and added something nice… she completely ignored me. She was starring at me like she was mad. It was very awkward and it almost made me want to leave. We got 2 matcha lattes to go: expensive and 99% latte. Not good at all. Atmosphere is nice inside, but it was ruined by the service. The only good thing was the lady that handed the drinks to us. She was nice and smiled at least. All the rest very overrated.

I went into the store to order a few items I asked the lady at the register how long for a wait time and she said soon. I had a friend outside with me so I went back out for the wait. I came back in 10 minutes later and asked the young man where to wait for the food orders. He told me they would call out my name. My problem is I waited for 20 more minutes at the front of the store and was never told my order had been called nor have I visited the restaurant to know where their pickup area is. I look around after waiting and see my name written on a bag in big letters, nice. But they could have some hospitality and say hey it is in the pickup area right there especially when they have asked and written my name and I spoke to more than one person already. Get better service.

I ordered the smash avocado tartine. They totally skimped on the avocado. It was more like a diced tomato tartine.
For the price you pay here, we should expect to receive relatively decent value in the food. I feel ripped off.

Delightful coffee shop! I’ve been to multiple Maman locations, and once again, the food and coffee were very good. I ordered the smashed avocado tartine, a pain au chocolat, and an oat milk cappuccino, all were delicious. I highly recommend!

I loved the decor and the ambiance of the place, very classy for a chill breakfast date. I had to wait super long for the coffee though which almost got me late for work. Also the pastries are quite dry and only slightly resemble the french originals.
