Maman Hudson is my favorite cafe/ bakery in all of Manhattan. I work in the neighborhood, and I feel so fortunate to have them this close. Adolfo is very personable and always greets you with a smile. The Baristas are also very friendly, and are always ready to assist me with what I can admittedly term, my somewhat complex coffee requests. I love their pastries, so good! I also have so many favorites from their menu, some of which are the chicken sandwich, the chicken Caesar salad, the kitchen sink cookie, the kouign, the olive oil loaf cake. Also their coffee flavor is really good. I love the salted tahini honeycomb late and their cortados. Once you try them I guarantee you can't go back. I also love their aesthetic.

Simply the best pastries in NYC! High quality always.
Cozy vibe and a calm atmosphere that made us want to stay. The team was super kind and welcoming. We grabbed a bite and shared some sweet treats, everything was delicious. I highly recommend trying the summer drinks, they were amazing. You can tell they put real love into what they do. It’s rare to find a place that feels this genuine. We’ll definitely be back.
