Received an extremely soggy and completely unappetizing avocado tartine with burned sunny egg. The wooden board that my food was served on was covered in water. Additionally, there was hardly any avocado on what was supposed to be an avocado tartine. I tried enjoyed my hot tea, never had much complaints before, however would not recommend. Unfortunately, won’t be visiting any time soon.

The perfect place to start a new day well. Beautiful interior with atmospheric music. The place offers many breakfast items. Today I chose granola with yogurt. It was a very tasty and filling breakfast. I consider the Iced Matcha I drank here to be the best I have ever drank. Perfectly creamy and good proportions of milk. I highly recommend this place for a delicious breakfast at a relatively good price.

I recently visited Maman’s Georgetown location in DC on August 24th after my sister-in-law recommended it. While breakfast started off as a treat, my experience quickly turned sour when I was charged twice for my order. The server mentioned canceling the first charge so I could tip on the second, but the cancellation didn’t go through. I even showed them the successful transaction from my bank account, yet they insisted I pay again, claiming the first charge wasn’t reflecting on their system. Trusting that it would be corrected, I paid again, including a tip, bringing my total payment to $120.
Despite providing proof and reaching out via four emails, here we are on September 11th, and nothing has been resolved. I haven’t been credited the $50 I’m owed, and it’s well past the standard 7 business day processing period. I’ve called over 10 times, and my fiancé has called twice, only to be told there’s no manager available. How does a business operate without a manager on site to handle customer issues?
It’s disappointing and, at this point, feels like a scam. I’ll be leaving this review across multiple platforms to warn others about the poor management and lack of accountability.

Visited Maman and had a fantastic time! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with plenty of seating options. I ordered the tuna sandwich, chai latte, and a vegan dish. The tuna sandwich was fresh and flavorful, the chai latte was perfectly spiced, and the vegan dish was creative and delicious. The service was excellent, adding to the overall great experience. We went to the one near Chelsea Market and West Village ; very rude barista, rolled his eyes and didn't even look at us even though we were trying to be nice and smiley. Really pretty and modern café with interesting food and drinks but the barista ruined the experience.
