Wow, how the mighty have fallen. I remember this place so fondly as a kid when it was on Broadway at 104st back in the late 70s to 90s, and the pizza was on point going after school eating those delicious slices.. The rent went up, and they moved to Amsterdam and the place was packed still on point for many years.. I moved from the neighborhood and recently stopped by and decided to get a slice with mom. There was too much cheese, and it was greasy oozing with grease, and the grandma pizza was small and salty. Wow, the cooks there don't know how to make good pizza. The lady who opened this place god bless her would be crying now heaven if she found out how much this great establishment has fallen from grace. 😔

True old fashion style pizza and garlic knots, I didn't see the fat Sicilian last time I visited. They have replaced it with a thin one hopefully they'll reconsider

Dude behind the counter screamed at me when I asked him what the prices were, he told me that they were listed online not in the store. What? What a garbage person. Save yourself the screaming and go across the street to the pizzeria.

This is a classic NY pizza slice. The pepperoni and grandma slices are delicious. Its not fancy AT ALL, takes only cash, etc., but it is a great slice. And for like $20 you can get a whole pie in about 10 minutes. Best "normal" pizza on the UWS.

A traditional variant of the, Mama’s Too (one block away), Mama’s pizza delivers on a delicious and classic NYC pizza. Heads up: it’s cash only but they have an ATM on premise. I came in on a Thursday during lunch and was helped instantly
