Insanely small portions at a premium price. Clearly not even using premium ingredients. Food was a total ripoff. Drinks are good, and I like the ambiance. However, hard to justify coming back for anything other than drinks after wildly disappointing food.

We came for the oysters, margaritas 🍹 and the delicious food. Everything we both love in a dinner menu. It was our anniversary dinner date. The staff was professional and polite. We sat in a corner to obtain some privacy for our evening, and the food and drinks were delicious. We will definitely be coming back to Mamazul!

Had some trouble getting my friends to the table I reserved, food was excellent but drinks were quite pricy. Amazing ambience, beautifully decorated and tasteful music was being played. A little tight with seating. Overall 4.3/5, can most definitely recommend for a dinner with a close friend.

We had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant on Memorial Day, and it was truly an amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious,every bite was perfect. What really stood out was the exceptional service. Manager Milan was amazing , so nice!! Can't wait to come back!

Fantastic Lunch Spot! Stopped in for lunch with a friend and had the best time! The margaritas were incredible—fresh and perfectly mixed. We shared a quesadilla that was absolutely delicious. Big thanks to Milano, the manager, who made us feel so welcome. Can't wait to come back!

I called the day before Mother's Day to confirm that they'd be doing bottomless brunch and they said yes, I was coming in from Jersey. I get there on Mother's Day, the bottomless brunch sign is outside, the restaurant is semi empty and they refused to give us bottomless brunch because it was Mother's Day brunch. The waitstaff was nice about it but the manager was simply unreasonable. I've always recommended this restaurant to others but after this I won't. It wasn't a crazy ask to accommodate bottomless brunch after traveling to eat there. Do better.

The music was way to loud. Seating towards the back wall, it was difficult to even hear the server. Do not like that they pre-made their margaritas . The surf & turf fajitas, guacamole (not come with fajitas so order as appetizer), and salsa were very good.

Always delicious and conditionally good. I recommend their fajitas and guac. Love the strawberry and watermelon margaritas!!! They changed their chips and now they are addicting!
Poor service. Server had too many tables and we were pretty much ignored. Food was ok, and were small servings, so you may need to order two entrees if you're hungry. Fish tacos were essentially one fish stick in a street taco tortilla. So disappointing. After being ignored for 30+ minutes, my husband went downstairs to order me a drink, then server tried to make it all better by bringing us shots of tequila. That's one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had.

We went to Mamazul for dinner on Friday night and truly enjoyed and kicked off a wonderful evening ahead. The atmosphere was great, perfect for dinner with friends or a date. The cocktails were delicious make sure to try their fun cocktails and get the como la flor or mezcal paloma. Service was incredible and attentive and the food was great. I've been to a lot of Mexican places so I would rate their food an overall 7/10 but for the location, atmosphere, and service I would give it a 9/10 for our overall experience.

WORST EXPEREIENCE IN ALL OF NYC! We brought our customer there to have dinner with us, beyond embarrassing. Terrible customer service. - Didnt order food when we asked / acted surprised that the order didnt go through - Didnt check on us at all - Didnt remove any finished dishes or refill water - After trying to make eye contact with everyone in the rest (which they wouldn't look at our table) - I got up and asked them to remove our dishes. - Ordered dessert, only 1/2 items were ordered. - Service was slow (if you call that service at all) - Server didnt really care that we were there at all.
