This was my first and last time at this restaurant. I was very upset with the service I received and left feeling unwelcome.
After placing my first order, my server disappeared and only checked on me once afterward. I spent the whole night trying to catch someone's attention so I could order more or eventually ask for the check. Multiple servers, and even the hostess, walked past several times and clearly saw me waiting, looking around, and frustrated, but not a single one of them stopped to check in. What made this experience more disheartening was seeing other tables receiving consistent, attentive service from my server, while I sat there feeling overlooked and unwelcome. This made my experience feel all the more deliberate.
Despite this, I still tipped 20%, as I work in service myself, but I do wish the staff had been more attentive & welcoming.

I will go point by point to keep this review fair.
I made a reservation for Valentine’s Day. I completely understand that it’s a very busy day with a high volume of customers, but customer service should never be overlooked.
The decoration was 10/10 and the ambiance was also 10/10 — beautiful and very well done.
However, the service when it came to food delivery was about a 3/10. At one point, it honestly felt like we didn’t have a server assigned to our table. Our drinks and appetizer arrived without issues, but we ordered tacos that never came.
I understand it was a busy night, but as customers, we still expect some level of attentiveness and communication. After waiting about 30-40 minutes for the tacos, they still hadn’t arrived, and we ultimately decided to leave.
I truly believe this place has great potential, and I hope this is taken as constructive feedback to improve the service experience, especially on high-demand days.

First time here Lizeth was our waiter. She gave us excellent recommendations on specific foods. The drinks that Rene made were absolutely delicious. It was my first time trying a michelada with a tamarind base… let me tell you it was the most delicious drink ever !!
10/10 will definitely be coming back !
