Portions are small and expensive. The food is very tasty but way over priced.

Confusing labeling and confused staff - they didn’t know if the baklava was vegetarian or vegan and seemed very confused about what that meant when I asked. Their online ordering says vegan but the physical menus say vegetarian. Then we got our sandwiches and disappointing was all we could say. Glad that there’s vegan options here but probably won’t be returning.

Mamoun's always hits! They are always fast, and great food. Quality food, good prices, and clutch hours of operation.

I crave Mamouns, but unfortunately, I haven't been there in years. I walked down from 16th Street and was famished when I arrived.
As deeelish as I had remembered. You can't get a better Falafel anywhere in New York. Everything is so fresh!

Terrible and rude service. Mixed up the orders.
I ordered the lamb gyro, and it was filled with gritty ligaments and tendons, with very little edible meat. The falafel was below average, with 3 small falafel balls, lettuce and tomatoe only. It's over rated with sub-standard quality mediterrnean food. Spend a little more and eat quality food elsewhere.
Please open Miami Florida wynwood very very soon thanks next location

Consistently good & tasty, but last night I got a chicken plate & the chicken was undercooked. took a bite & it was pink and chewy :( and I feel really sick today
Great gyros
Mamoun's was perhaps the first falafel place in NYC; their branch in Greenwich Village (which still is around) is famous. They now have other branches dotted throughout the city. This place, like most of their places, is counterserve, with some tables to sit and eat. They might be riding on their longstanding reputation a bit by now, but you can still get a decent vegan falafel sandwich here for under 10 bucks.
Excellent falafel sandwich, reasonable prices, quick service and St Mark's Place vibe
