The ordering process is really quick and efficient, the place is clean and the staff are friendly.The food was great and I'd say for the price point and portion size it's probably one of the best bang for your buck places you can go.

food is excellent and it is reflected in the reviews here. I only wanted to write this review and dock a few stars because it doesn't have a bathroom or an arrangement to use the bathroom somewhere else. I would only recommend getting takeout from here---it is already packaged for it.

Very bad costumer service and religious abused!!I was eating there last night with my girlfriend when I turned around listening to the worst customer service ever from the cashier girl because the costumer she complained about that she gets the wrong order and the cash register girl she was very unprofessional and refused to give her money back for the wrong sandwiches and laughing at costumer asking the costumer to leave the store(what kind of workers ask costumer to leave the store for just being Muslim) which the female costumer she didn't say anything wrong or DisrespectableI really don't appreciate that kind of costumer service and place!!! I wouldn't go there again or give them my business,Shame on the manager and the owner of the place!!!!

no salt. at least that's what the guy said when I asked.no bathroom.all your food is packed to-go regardless if you are eating in.you would assume that since the food is packed to go, it would include at least one hot sauce considering it's bottled and i assume therefore for sale. nope. you gotta go ask the guy.so he can sprinkle more of his bad mojo dust on you.once you've eaten and packed up your trash, you'd think they'd have bins for paper products, plastic, recyclables. nope. let's just spread more of that bad mojo.the food itself ... good. tasty. fresh.deserving of the recognition it has.for me at least, the combo of the bad counter vibes (and, yes, i realize it's hard to hire these days) and the wasteful packaging unfortunately detracts from the food itself. a shame.

Mamoun's is an institution. Good falafel, good tabbouleh. Not a ton of seating but it's nice inside and there's some additional counter space for a standing eat.
5 stars for doing what they do so well and so consistently. It's been a few years since my last visit. Falafel and shawarma were still excellent. Either sandwiches or platters.I noticed they've added "signature" sandwiches but we didn't go there.
Go eat 3 falafels and watch sharif eat 5. Watch how far your dollar stretches. Take it outside and eat it standing. One of the best choices in the area for late night
