Indian cuisine is one of my go to options and Ambo did not disappoint! They had so many vegan options. I felt welcomed and accommodated by the staff when choosing my meal. They were kind and even gave me suggestions of what to try. #Veganuary

This place went ABOVE AND BEYOND for the catering. Single-handedly my easiest ordering and pick up experience in all my years of ordering food for big groups at work. They have an easy ordering form online for big orders and have really thought about facilitating the process—they’ve thought of everything and I just had to show up. They even printed the food items with allergen notes that were easy to fold and set up which blew me away. By far the smoothest experience. Thank you, Sagar and team for all your preparation :)

What an awesome find on our trip. It was a chipotle style place with Indian food, the food was so good and flavorful. Inexpensive and delicious. Generous portions. We got naan too and I could barely finish everything. The service was really good. The man who greeted us was very helpful with recommendations. I wish we had one of these back home!

Everything very nicely cooked. Beans, chicken, rice all have very perfect textures. Delicious flavors!!! Guidance was very generously offered to find winning combinations while building the bowl. Nice people and clean place. Good value. Maybe I should move to

It may be good for others but for me it was kind of basic and not good value for money !
Quality : good food quality, everything fresh
Quantity : not at all worth it for 12-14$ (go chipotle they will give you good amount of bowl in 12-14$)
Overall, I may be understand that due to prime location or any other factors price may be high as compared to quantity but you can add some cheaper options in menu so you can add more in bowl !
Btw I don’t know in india people do eat baigan ka bhartha with rice or lentils or protein(paneer or soya) ! Specially in Gujarat people do eat baigan ka bhartha with chapati(Indian wheat bread) or rotla(Indian millet bread).
Thanks everyone stay tuned and have fun ?

I really like this place and have never had a bad meal. I feel like calling it fast casual is not really doing a service to anyone. It is fast casual but it is much more authentic flavorful food than a fast casual with tons of location. They also will change certain parts of the menu all the time so there is always new stuff to try.

I was 100% skeptical after hearing that AMBO Indian food was not "spicy" ? my first thought ? was to leave and find another restaurant near by, I decided to stay and try something different... Best decision ever ?.
This indian food is delicious. They do have a few options that are spicy such as the Veggie called: Gobi Munchurian - Indian Chinese Cauliflower ?).
Great hospitality by Naveen.

I wanted to have a chipotle and saw this and stepped in ...u smell Indian spices (in a good way). The bowls are amazing! Good quantity as well - I didn't bother getting the naan since the bowl was quite a bit as is. Their toppings , sides etc are all amazing. I had everything that seemed Indian and it was super yummy. Highly recommend it!

I was definitely skeptical of the concept first but this place is really worth it.
Every single item in the build your own bowl was good. Especially the chicken, it was very juicy and fresh. The Chana masala and cauliflower both were good with the base of turmeric rice. Don’t forget to add the gravy sauce on top. The quantity is good and overall it is quite heavy.
Also got the samosa, which was again tasty.
A great stop overall.
