Mangia SoHo - Italian Restaurant, Lunch & Corporate Catering

We were looking for a yummy healthy casual lunch in SOHO and so happy we came upon this place. Had the steamed veggies roasted chicken and cabbage slaw was healthy and delicious. Manager (blond hair) was so nice to us. Will definitely be back next time we're in NYC. Wish we had Mangia in San Diego!!!

Ordered 4 salmons in a group order, the restaurant is claiming that the uber eats driver opened the bag and stole one of the salmons which is a crazy accusation with no proof. It’s far more likely that they forgot the 4th salmon and they did nothing to try to make it right.

Rude staff low customer service

Daniel got so upset and frustrated that I had asked him to please wrap my toasted bagel sandwich a sheet of parchment paper instead of the insulated FOIL wrap. When I was asking him not use the insulated foil wrap (Google it folks) he became extremely upset and rude crumpling up the the sheet and exclaiming that “this is not foil sir” and points to a roll of Reynolds commercial foil in a box “this is foil”. I said again, no that also has foil on the back. Reason being everything falls out of this sandwich as you eat it and gets all over you — so a neatly wrapped sandwich in parchment paper cut in half in convenient.

Seeing as I go into this Mangia almost daily, working in the area, I didn’t expect this experience — and frankly irregardless if I frequent or one time.

Do better. That’s all. Thank you. Normally most folks are quite friendly here, especially Tina!

A tad overpriced for some buffet style offerings but what they do have is delicious; the daily hot foods swap and you can’t fail with the salad bar.

This place is suuuuuper cute, love the concept here. My coffee was salty for some reason but we’re gonna go ahead and blame that on ourselves for not asking them to change it 😅. We did not have any food but the selection looked awesome.
