I’ve been here multiple times and to other locations and the desserts are amazing, but the service is not good. More times than not, they forget to bring us the water we ask for. Also, my friends and I usually get our desserts 15-20 minutes apart.

Ordered the special mango juice with pomelo sago and cocunut cream. Tasted pretty good and not too sweet, especially refreshing on a hot summer day.

I came here around 10:30 pm on a Saturday. We were seated quickly and the service wasn’t super fast but it was decent. The desserts came out quickly and they were all really good! The sago was delicious and the fruits were fresh and sweet. My fiancé said that the oreo crepe cake was the best he’s had. I will definitely be returning!

The minute you walk in you since that weird smell I don’t know. Maybe it was a hot day, but it wasn’t a pleasant smell for the place.. service are great pricewise. I guess it’s average for New York City.

I visited Mango Mango Artisan Lab, and it was a great experience! The shop is clean, bright, and smells amazing. They have many desserts made with fresh mango, and everything looks beautiful.
Perfect unique dessert, consistent good portions, only wish could be for more red bean items on the menu❤️

I love the mango ice cream, mango pancakes (the best), and crepe with mango ice cream and mango chunks. This service is good, but the interior needs improvements. Also, it's better to go to this location after 4 hours of opening because they don't have some items ready even after 2 hours of opening. Overall mango mango has the best dessert. Everything tastes fresh. Must go and try mango panckaes!

I would go back. But it didn’t wow me. It’s refreshing and light. Cold. If you’ve never had sago or anything similar, definitely go. But it’s not my favorite sago or anything.
We didn’t want at 9:30pm on a weekday. Sometimes there’s a wait.

The desserts are pretty good. The services are excellent —I know the young workers are doing their best to deal with the heat inside the store. Man, a dessert shop with no AC is crazy! Definitely willing to come back next time, but hopefully with AC though! 🤞
