Food was ok, nothing bad but nothing you're excited to take another bite of. Temperature of everything was just above room temperature, that's what's disappointing me the most (it's 44degrees right now). Also paid way more than I expected to, missed what the weight on my plate was but paid $39 for 1 container, ice tea and a slice of lemon pound cake. Plate had rice n peas (good), Mac n cheese (meh), zitit (meh), puffed honey fish (good), crab cake (good), collard greens (meh but I think I would've enjoyed if it was hot).

I flew all the way from Korea just to visit this amazing soul food spot. With New York prices being what they are, the menu here felt unbelievably affordable — and there were so many great options to choose from. Most importantly, everything tasted incredible, even to a Korean palate like mine! If you’re curious about delicious soul food in Harlem, this place is an absolute must 👍🏻
I always get the honey fish and the ham, those ar my standouts. The entire selection is really good quality and I love coming back here to eat even if it takes a 15 walk from work.
