Be careful when ordering in store, they hike up the price versus online! The French toast platter only comes with French toast & bacon for $13 when online you get the platter with French toast, bacon & home fries for $12.99. Very misleading & when bought to their attention the boy in the front was oblivious to the pricing online. Also I asked for crispy bacon & this is what I got. This is the most unappealing platter I ever seen!

For the last 2 years the first Avenue branch of Marche Madison had amazing hot and cold lunches. A huge variety, excellent chef. that’s all gone now. The chef left as did some of the staff while the owner raised the prices. The hot lunch is now lacking in variety and taste while the cold salad are drowning in dressing. I was a steady customer for years and I’m now looking for someplace else to buy my lunches as are so many other people I know. Whoever is running this business is more interested and high prices than any sort of customer satisfaction.

Very disappointing experience. We ordered food in advanced on Friday night. There was no food left when we arrived. The staff contacted the manager and told us that nothing left and there was nothing they could help. They told me to come back on Monday and would give me the meal. It is so ridiculous and I will not come again.

Delicious food for a great price, tons of variety, fresh, and they make sure none of it goes to waste at the end of the day (environmentally friendly and epitomizes the exemplar company reducing food waste). The staff are super friendly and know what they’re doing. I’ll be a regular here whenever I’m in the city!
