So unwelcoming and they had a rude cashier. She charged me for toasting my bagels. Ive never been charged or even heard of that. She was talking in spanish under her breath about the customer but she didnt know I spoke Spanish as well. Very nasty. Never coming back here again

I don’t recommend this place. They don’t allow dogs, It’s 2025 — seriously? There are plenty of cafés and bagel spots around that actually understand dogs are part of the family. Here, they just make you feel unwelcome from the moment you arrive. I’d rather take my money (and my dog) somewhere with a bit more common sense.

The bagels are ok, but the no pets policy is a deal breaker. I came today with my dog and The first thing the girl said when I opened the door of this establishment was “sorry we don’t allow dogs”…. No hi , NOTHING

The first thing we noticed was that the restaurant was always empty, even on weekends. This is a red flag. After finally giving it a try, we now understand why.

The cashier lady was unwelcoming, and the bagels were stale and hard—worse than what you'd find at a grocery store.

The portion sizes were inconsistent . The Nova Salmon bagel I got was tiny compared to the Tuna Melt my husband got (shown in photo)

With their strict no pet policy (have signs no pet allowed all over the door) and no pet-friendly outdoor seating, makes this place an easy skip.

I recommend checking out Kossar for fresh, homemade bagels instead in this neighborhood

Absolutely incredible bagel. Would highly recommend. Super reasonable pricing as well as the friendly staff. Loads of choice and all freshly made, great place to come for a bite to eat.

Now this is a bagel shop worth bragging about. Finn’s Bagels is clean, fresh, and welcoming—the kind of place where you can see the care in every detail. Prices match the quality, and the quality is top tier.

Their smoked salmon is next-level. The smoked salmon is thick-cut, silky, and bursting with rich flavor. Stacked with cream cheese, crisp veggies, and briny capers on a perfectly chewy bagel, it’s so thick you can’t even open your mouth wide enough to take a full bite—and that’s exactly how a bagel should be.

If you’re looking for a true NYC bagel experience without the tourist trap disappointment, this is it.
