Great takeoit spot to grab some French baked goods. The savoury lox and avocado croissant was excellent. Also enjoyed the pain au chocolat.

Amazing sandwiches, amazing bread, and reasonably priced.
highly recommend this bakery
It has multiple locations in France, but only one in New York City.

?? If you are looking for good bread and pastries like at home, that is to say in France, you have to stop by Maison Blachère.

Very tasty pastries. Coffee is not the best, but it does not spoil this place

I love coming to this place. Their desserts and especially the coffee prepared by Carlos is excellent. This morning I was craving dessert and knowing that Carlos would be there with a smile, his kindness and charisma made me even more likely to go in and buy what I like so much. I live in NY and in 16 years of being here it is very rare to see a worker in any store with the charisma of this boy. Friendly, cheerful and excellent treatment is what awaits me every morning when I crave a coffee. With the stress of the subway, the people and the noise of the city, when it's time to go to work it is nice to meet someone like him, willing to serve you in the best way. Super recommended, thank you Carlos for always serving me in the best way.

They dump coffee an hour before they close and are super unhelpful behind the counter.

The vegan coconut macaroon (pictured) was a tasty treat. It was well done. Definitely on the sweet side.

This is a has been place. I reviewed it a couple of years ago and gave it 5 stars. No more. Snotty and not accommodating h help. Dirty glass countertops. They have removed the seating area inside and out. While the product remains good the experience was a toilet experience and I would not go back, well, in a pinch perhaps. There are bakeries not so far away with equal quality and superior service , if you are willing to wait until 8:00a for these to open.
