I stumbled on this restaurant while visiting NYC - their breakfast options met all the needs of our group (including kids) and didn’t break the bank! Their food was delicious, well priced, and a great variety. I ended up calling in breakfast there twice it was so good!

Our hotel recommended here for some good NYC bagels and it did not dissapoint. We went somewhere the next day and didn't enjoy it as much. The staff was very friendly, prices were reasonable, and the food was very good.

This place is just amazing! We stayed in NYC for a week and had breakfast here every day! They have so many delicious options and everything is freshly made on the spot. The staff was just the sweetest and helped us out every day. The price was affordable too for their meals. Me and my kids can not recommend a place more! Definitely a place I’ll visit again!

Just left this establishment and I’m so disappointed in the service. I was waiting in line for some time and another customer, who wasn’t even in the store during this time, stands beside me, and the cashier starts taking her order while the customer eases her way in front of me as I get close to the counter to make my order. After the customer finishes her order, I asked the employee why she took her before me and she says “I didn’t know, I didn’t see you, why didn’t you say anything”. It was so obvious to see that the other customer wasn’t even in line and to see that I was making my way to the counter to order.
Obviously, I walked out, never will I support a business with poor customer service and act as if I don’t exist. I’m from out of town and was trying nearby restaurants and I’m just completely shocked by how I was treated and will never be back, nor will I recommend them to others.

Nice market-style place, excellent bread and super full bagels or sandwiches, excellent ingredients and friendly and kind staff. It's right next to the Empire State Building.
