I just went there and got some cookies and got nuts bar. It wasn't not my first time I got mixed nuts. I did mix 4 different nuts this time. Half of 16oz plastic container. At the register the girl named July got back to me with attitude of you can't be doing this and we will charge you for the most expensive! I had macadamia nuts you could count on fingers. I asked why would you do this? Why you decide to charge me the most expensive item there while I had chocolate covered raisins and yogurt covered raisins. She just was rude and definitely don't know how to treat customers! I told her shame on you and just left the bar there. She just could say ok we charge you the middle price but don't do it next time. Instead she was miserable and rude to a customer. July (her name) should get better attitude and mood next time. No wonder ppl get replaced by robots... if we have to see this on daily basis I rather have robots around me than mean and rude girl who's negative vibes you could feel a mile away. Disappointed

Spacious, clean, and convenient! They have pretty much everything here with an extensive frozen food, produce, and meat/seafood counter. There are three check out areas. The main one has regular cashiers, then there's also a self-service area on the second floor and down on the first floor. The self-service does close early so if you go right before closing time, then you have to go to the main area with the cashiers. You can also do Amazon returns here! There's a self-service kiosk by the customer service booth on the second floor. They also have Amazon lockers on the first floor. This is also a good place to grab a quick lunch or dinner. Wide selection of ready made or fast casual foods like sushi, pizza, hot buffet, and salad bar. I like their stirfry where you can choose your own veggies, protein, rice, and sauce. It's a large portion for under $15. They have indoor and outdoor seating if you want to enjoy food there. They have Wi-Fi there too, so there are people that hang out there to do work. Overall: Even though some of their products are definitely overpriced, it's hard to beat the convenience of this place!

Remember to bring your own bag for 10 cents discount off your entire purchase!Also, there's a seating area upstairs where you can enjoy your food!Also a great place to get a/c during the hot summer heat!

I had a good WF lunch at this location. When you enter, you go up an escalator to get to the store floor. You'll see the open seating area to your right. Just make your way straight ahead to get to the premade food/hot bar/salad bar sections. There is also a speciality food station and a cafe station (I didn't try these, but will next time I'm here). Also afterwards I picked up a few things from the store and paid through the self-checkout; they have a good set up here. Will come back again.

This wholefoods location in Manhattan West is the worse place to work for.....I used to work here at this location for 7 months ( 450 W 33rd St, New York, NY 10001 )But when I came into the supermarket to see some old face who I talk to today.....One of the managers told me I been hanging in the supermarket over 3 hours that I wasn't doin anything wrong.....Then he told me to leaveAll of the managers is afraid to tell all the ppl who is sleeping there for hours & don't even help the security guard when person's are stealing things from the supermarket

I'm going to give this WF a solid 4.5 stars. I don't know why the reviews are so low. I love that floor spaces, the cleanliness, the customer services, the quality of the products and food items. They have a great "self-checkout" section as well, I never had to wait in line. I went here several times to pick-up water and snacks. I was happily satisfied with my experiences and I plan to re-visit WF at Hudson Yards again and again! Thank you!
I give this spot a perfect rating! Everything was a surprise. The cashiers were awesome. Lines to check out were quickly flowing. The sliced fruits were yummy and fresh. Oh and the yummy prepared foods. I had some curry chicken and vegetable rice... And roasted vegetables.

This place is great. Not only for their groceries but for their premade food. Nice view to sit & eat in their cafe & a great place to wait for your peloton class to start. Plenty of charging stations so you can do work while you wait. Clean. Self check out for your purchases. Bonus discount if you are a Prime member.
