it was a rainy, dark evening in new york, so ramen was definitely the vibe this day. i stumbled upon marufuku ramen, and let me tell you it did not disappoint. the ramen is really great. very flavorful broth, i literally almost finished that before the actual noodles and protein. i highly recommend getting the tori paitan ramen! it’s nice to have a break from tonkotsu ramen sometimes and the rich chicken flavor is amazing. highly recommend getting a beer or cocktail for your...

Sat at the ramen bar (there is a larger section with tables) and got the chicken paitan dx - huge and delicious meal. I don't normally like chicken cha shu but theirs is tender and flavorful. The noodles are thin and you get a whole, not half egg. The grilled chicken leg on the side is served sizzling with bean sprouts around it. It is tender and easy to pull apart. Fantastic meal and will def be back.
