Came in on a Thursday night. The food was really good, just not great for that price and area: the onion soup had a strong beef flavor and was reduced a bit too much. The lobster was good, but not exciting. Mussels were a good portion but generic. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Wonderful food, excellent cocktails, superb service ~ seated in the more quiet and intimate outdoor area during a rain storm but still dry ~ looking forward to next visit!

Everything here was delightful, from the charming greeting, the handsome and attentive waiter and the classic French dishes, old school and classic. If weather allows the outdoor tables are divine and i would gleefully visit

Consistently excellent food at this typical French bistro. We're frequent patrons, and it's always a reliable choice for French cuisine. However, this visit was marred by a lengthy wait for our table, and the host lacked friendliness

Waiter surly. Food and coffee good but cold. We asked for replacement coffee and that was cold too. Last week was so crowded. This week there was no excuse. We asked if there was a new chef because the difference was so noticeable. Hostess was very accommodating.

I found the food last night less than up to par. Usually I enjoy my meal but last night food was phoned in. My Artichoke was bland no taste and same with spinach/kale sautéed in garlic- no taste as seemed only steamed no garlic. My tuna tartare was good.

I should have known the lobster roll would be overworked. It was OK but the lobster flavor was overwhelmed with other seasonings. Great set service and others at the table left clean plates Some would have licked them to get every morsel.

We enjoyed a late lunch. Service was good and we enjoyed our meal. The tables for two are very small and all tables are too close together. Get rid of the table in the front by the maitre d. It's in the way of everyone.

From the energetic vibe to the attentive staff to the excellent food & beverages, what's not to love? You'll feel transported and catching yourself saying Merci instead of Thank you.

I really liked thid bistro. I met my daughter here on the cold snowing day. The restaurant definitely reminds me of Paris. The staff was very friendly I had the moules-frites and the muscles and broth were very good. The portion size was aldo just right.

We had not visited Match 65 for some time, (for geographical reasons) but it did not disappoint. Food was excellent (kudos for the roasted salmon and coq au vin), and the service was terrific. Glad to have returned!

Every single thing about are evening was amazing. We were paid attention to in a friendly easy to relate too and had the best recommendation. I haven't been here in a while but questioned why not? A new favorite for sure

TLDR: great service, cramped location, expensive hit or miss food, small portions This is a very intimate location, when not busy I'm sure it could be quite romantic. However, usually a few couples out to dinner will result in a bottle neck to get to a table and very crowded feeling. Trying to leave took five minutes Some of the food is great, some is not. Generally the food that is very good does not have great portions. Overall think it is far too pricy for the experience. Some of the biggest let downs have been desserts. The chocolate lava cake, which was so heavy with almond essence you couldn't taste the chocolate, and the chocolate mousse which lacked flavor overall. French fries are incredible, and salmon is typically consistent. Waitstaff is very polite, helpful, and attentive. Two people each getting a drink and appetizer you will very easily spend $200 (tip included) Pictured: Duck a l'orange (excellent flavor of duck and sauce, flavorless spinach and potatoes. Wish there was more than two slices of duck) Eggplant Napoleon (very poor texture, basic red sauce with olives. Meh ‍)
