Usually Matto is spot on with their drinks, but I drank this matcha and IMMEDIATELY got sick from it 🤢 I am writing this on the toilet from drinking this. I tried saving money by getting the $3 matcha here rather than spending $7.50 somewhere else, but sometimes you just get what you pay for. NEVER get the Matcha from Matto.
Their pastries are good, service is friendly, and the other drinks I’ve had here have been decent to good, not sure if this milk or matcha powder was expired, but this made me so sick 🤢
Very rude and unprofessional lady manning the station… She was on her phone talking to me at the same time and giving me misinformation… I am never coming here again and I will be reporting this location to senior management.

Great place to grab a coffee on the go, delicious fresh baked pastries. Great value , especially if you order through their APP you can take advantage of $3 menu

Coffee is good. 2 bar stools inside and minimal outdoor seating. Wouldn't be a good place to work out of.
Wish they would just display the menu instead of displaying a giant ad for 3 dollar drinks if you get the app.
App is a waste of time if you want to save money, they make you put money on the app and it's not super intuitive how to do that. You have to put more money than you need on the app so it ends up being not worth it.

Food was great! I went there early AM today. around 9:30am to pick up some snacks and drinks for work. One of the ladies working there was having a bad morning, as she was having a bad attitude towards everyone. Wish she understood that people see her first thing in the morning, and just to be a bit kinder or nicer.

Small coffee shop. The server is friendly. Go order via their app and it’s cheaper! Hot drinks mostly priced at $2.50 ($3.50 when you order at counter). I had their hot chocolate, not really the best, but OK for the price. Cute packaging. Will comeback to try their other

Still can’t believe I found matcha chia overnight oats for $3.50, an oatmilk latte for $3.50 and a green juice for $3.50. Other cafes have the oats fir $11 (my total). And it was all great!! Would absolutely return. Incredible value in New York City.
The experience there could be so much

Half way through my coffee and almost swallowed a piece of sponge or plastic. Very unpleasant, hopefully a one off moment. Please make sure machines are clear of any dirty bits.

Walked ten min from my office excited to try the banana date latte. Met with disgruntled employees and the latte was disgusting. The under ripe banana wasn’t pleasant. Threw it out after a few sips.

Staff needs to be a little friendlier. Was really hard to understand what they say. Not the place you want to grab your morning coffee.

I love the Girl whose name is Tanessha, gorgeous Jamaican woman. I knew she was Caribbean cause ice coffee was on point, just the right amount of sweetness! First time I ever finished an ice

Cheaper if you buy online. If you order in store everything is $1 more.
