Always had a great experience at this location — the staff is consistently warm and welcoming, and their customer service is excellent. The drinks are solid for the price.
One thing to note, their “ceremonial” matcha latte is not ceremonial grade matcha. The color and flavor are closer to cheap matcha powder - the one item I wouldn’t recommend getting.
Otherwise, it’s a good spot for a cheap and quick breakfast!

The coffee tasted like a sachet of coffee you get in a cheap hotel room. Worst coffee I've had in years.
The owner or supervisor of the place took my sister out of the place very rudely because she had a Starbucks coffee and was very rude and very discriminating when he told her that outside drinks were not accepted and took her out of the place.

Haven't tried the food so can't really comment on that, but the drinks are very solid and for the price they are very good quality. Also they make it very convenient to order and pick up through the app. One observation I'll add is that their strength seems to be the cold drinks. They have a much more varied menu for cold drinks and honestly they taste better in my opinion than their warm drinks.
