Rude and impatient man that works here. You go to a coffeeshop to start your day with a smile not to get scolded for adding the wrong type of milk in their own app
They should serve espresso in small cups not 12 oz paper cups. Chocolate croissants could be softer/fresher
My favorite place to stop by for a quick coffee and delicious freshly baked pastries.

The taste and aroma of the latte was below average and overpriced. Worst of all they didn’t provide any student discount like they advertised by purchasing from their app, instead I was charged full amount. And the cashier wasn’t knowledgeable about it and lied to me as he took my order. Never coming back to this location again.

The lady who works on Saturday in the morning is always in a bad mood with everybody. I understand, we can all have a bad day sometimes but is always the same. I asked for a mocha and it was almost empty. I love Matto but I’m stop going to this location.

Nice shop. They have a new oatmeal, chia cup and you can choose milk or water which they steam or put in the cup for you. Matcha latte was good too. Nice spot to sit and catch up with friends or take a break.

Got the Freddo espresso and some random pastries. Everything was great.
Service was great, coffee is good, but this spinach babka smells and tastes so weird, i had to send it to trash.
Affordable coffee options, I also love their bakery selections. Super cheap and tasty

Not exactly the best coffee in town, but it is ok. Food is not tasty, My credit card was charged twice for an americano.
Good place to stop for a hot coffee or tea during our wi yet visit to NYC. The all is 2.50 price is only if you have the app,so we didn’t get that but still drinks were good and pastries too. Great variety and healthy choices.
Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn down the road and used this place for breakfast every day. Coffee is great, and the pastries are unreal. Almond Croissants and Cinnamon Scones were beautiful. Service with a smile too - and that always helps!
Amazing! Only 6$ for 2 medium iced coffee with vanilla syrup. And you dont pay extra for choosing oat milk! Definitely recommend
Saw a tiny german cockroach on the countertop! 1st avenue and 53rd location. Yikes!
