My go to place as always the barista are the best as they make efforts and go beyond to make the day. My favorite drink is the ice latte. The expresso is very smooth.
The most disgusting coffee I have ever tasted, it doesn’t even look like they pay attention to what they make or do, I don’t recommend it.

Loved the aesthetics of the place based on the outside. Barista ignored me completely in favor of greeting an attractive guy who obviously came after me. Acted like I committed a crime and got so much sass for trying to use syrups. How was I supposed to know there was an additional charge? God forbid.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Matto is my go-to spot for lunch breaks! Just a quick 5-minute walk away, it's incredibly convenient. The baristas are the friendliest folks around, always greeting you with a smile and remembering your name. The food is both speedy and scrumptious, and the prices are unbeatable. Absolutely love this place! My favorite is the banana date latte which is only 3$

Went to try for a quick breakfast in nyc—went back three times during my stay. Staff were mostly friendly but there were two mix ups so make sure you’re clear in what you want. My friends really liked the bourekas and so do I but I cannot stop thinking about the banana date latte. An acquired taste for sure but one of the best coffees I’ve ever had.

Today I was here at this location picking up my daily coffee from Matto and I was in a rush to get to my next appointment. That said, I left an envelope inside with checks inside and one of my favorite Barista’s took it and held it securely aside until it was able to be picked up. The coffee is too-notch and reasonably priced (with the App) but most importantly, all the baristas at this very location are very helpful, polite and happy to serve you… thank you to all the staff here! ☕️?
This is my favorite coffee shop chain in the city. If looking for specialty coffee at a good price point, you needn't look further than Matto. As a tarot reader I really like the brand logo; but more than that, I appreciate how easy it is to use their app and how fast + kind the service is. Snacks and pastries are really good too!

I went in there today12/3 to get a double shot of espresso the girl poured me coffee she was rude or didn’t speak English When I asked her why she didn’t use The espresso machine she said I should’ve requested that in advance.I’ll never go back there.Horrible experience!!!!
