At this spot, Matto offered more vegan options. Although I couldn't find any room temperature bottled drinks, the staff kindly provided hot water. She was attentive, ensuring I didn't require assistance before taking a brief break. The atmosphere was quiet, with consistent decor at each location.

So inexpensive that you really enjoy the selection of coffee, teas and small tasty snacks. Perfect for a 15-minute pick-me-up in any neighborhood. They have some stools at a high top shelf inside and a few tables out on noisy Lexington Avenue. Always nice person behind the counter who aims to please. Try the spinach frittata snack.
