Came to celebrate my daughter‘s birthday after a day in the town and realized after we arrived it was just after midnight, and they had closed even though the Google hours showed that they didn’t close until 2 AM. Nonetheless, they not only allowed us to come in but even seated us and served us delicious sample chocolate fondue and strawberry crepe, and even went out of their way to bring my daughter a candle! The staff were so kind and accommodating and they made my daughter’s sweet 16 actually sweet, and it was an evening to remember!

Overall it was a memorable experience. The food was delicious: the hot chocolate was extraordinary; the Mac and cheese with bacon was decent but it needed some more seasoning; the pancakes with pecans, different syrups, including white chocolate and a side of bacon and eggs tantalized my tastebuds. I can't wait to return.

The food was so good! I had the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka with a Shaken Chocolate Milk and shared the Baked Cookie Dream for dessert. The pasta was one of the best I have ever tasted and the drink was like an absolutely delicious frozen hot chocolate. The dessert was wonderful as well and the presentation of the food and drinks were well done. Our waitress and servers were friendly and very attentive. It has been quite awhile since I had been to a Max Brenner and I can't wait to go back!

Came here with a party of 13 to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. For appetizers we got the BBQ chicken wings, spinach and artichoke fondue, and waffles fries. Everything was good, but the chicken wings were my fave! For entree, we got the top sirloin & potatoes, max famous Mac and cheese, the burrata pizza, the brenner burger and the cheesesteak waffle sandwich. Food was good, but nothing too special. Though, I really enjoyed the sirloin and potatoes! For dessert, we got the baked cookie dream, crystal churros fondue and the classic European fondue. I love that you can swap and adjust the fondue to your liking. I love churros, but was not a fan of their churros. Overall, this place was great! Our server Josh was amazing! He was super attentive and helpful. I would revisit!

FatYorkie !

Horrible place, you can hear rats in the walls of the bathroom, roaches all over, bugs in food at times. If you noticed their C health inspection grade is turned over!!! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone over priced food being cooked in a kitchen that is disgusting. ?

I wanted my Americano in a cup that's normally used for some other hot drink. One guy said "no." Another barista said "yes, why not. Let's make it happen." I had 2.That's service. Great location.

It's a decent spot for a chocolate martini. My brother , who is NOT keen to try much of anything ? , even liked it.It's rather cold in there, but that can be a good thing in the summer. It wasn't very busy so we sat at the bar.The staff were quite polite ( which is normal and standard )I've eaten there before (and it was decent), but this time, I only stopped in to have my chocotini. It was decadent without being overly sweet. The alcohol was well balanced. The presentation was decently neat. It's on the priceier side, but it's also a well established restaurant. I would say that a full meal for 2 would easily cost about $100usd, which is semi-typicalI do believe that it's family-friendly (better to call ahead and double-check)Cleanliness was standard. The bar was a little messy, but they were also restocking items, and I believe my brother and I , and maybe one other table, were the only remaining guest, so it wasn't a big deal. It's pretty and quite large (could easily host a part of 100 or more) .It was a little dark, which I preferred (some lights can be just too loud)It's a cool play to take loved ones visiting or even a date.(I don't remember if they have live music, but it would really be cool if they had live jazz)Wheelchair accessibility: The main floor is accessible, but there are stairs to the other parts
