I regret to express my disappointment with the service at this establishment. Despite repeated requests, we were compelled to purchase one hookah per two individuals. Despite our assurance to meet the required spending threshold through drink purchases, the staff refused our request. This experience was particularly disheartening considering the emptiness of the venue. While the ambiance is commendable, the management's approach to customer satisfaction and business operations leaves much to be desired.

Pretty good, we walked here a d it was a nice walk from where we were. There isn't much parking around as it is in the city. The inside was clean just dark, it is more of a late lunch/dinner place. There is a bathroom in the back. The food was good, nothing special but nice, a little pricy. They didn't have all the desert options available, got the Coconut Tres Leches, was ok but my friends thought it was great. They also got the brownie which looked really good.

I have to say that coming across this fine for Cinco de Mayo, it was better than expected. I recommend the octopus Chicharrón. Although it was different from what II have to say that coming across this fine for Cinco de Mayo, it was better than expected. Although it was different from what I expected, was very tasty and the flavors were well implemented. I also love the shrimp and crab enchilada. I did the margarita tasting, and it be totally honest, I would have to say it was just OK. I will probably just stick with the tequila spirits directly. However, for the energy and the food, I will absolutely be back! I would recommend..

Great food with an elegant twist on Mexican food. A bit more upscale. Beautiful environment, amazing waitress. The only tradition is that it is a bit on the expensive side for what it is.

Unlimited brunch with a group. The dj was spinning fire that people should have been dancing at the tables. All the food we had was amazing! ? The waitstaff was on point with refilling beverages. None of us ever had empty glasses. Definitely recommend it and will be back.

My favorite place to take friends who like to eat and who like to PARTY lol. Bottomless drinks is one thing but bottomless food?! Unreal haha. Be sure to grab a reservation for brunch because this place gets packed and rowdy quickly! Be sure to share a big tip with your server too- they work so hard to make sure orders are going in in a timely manner and that your drinks are never empty ;)

My husband and I have been dining at Maya for many years. The food is always delicious and beautifully plated. We especially love their frozen margaritas with chips and salsa. They also make a wonderful guacamole!

I enjoyed the food sooo much and the service is great, the waitress Fernanda was attentive in all of our needs and had the best recommendations. We got the best shrim and crab enchiladas. Will visit again for sure.

It can either be a super fun brunch or a super classy brunch. However, they didn’t bring any of the swap outs we asked for and ignored our no mushroom request which can be very bad if you have an allergy. They also did not bring us everything they promised including missing the shrimp enchiladas and maduros. They were slightly slow on the refills both for water and bottomless drinks.Overall, their food is good but be clear on what you want as you may not get it at all due to how busy the servers are. There is not much communication between the servers and those running the food based on the attached screenshot and what we requested during the brunch. At the end it was a game of them waiting for our credit card vs them not bringing what we didn’t get/what was requested. They brought us overly sauced nachos instead of any of the things we never got and the things we requested (bacon) .Attaching the receipt to show how they charge vs how the bill explains the pricing. This brunch is a huge lift on the part of the restaurant and the staff, it please be sure you’re bringing the promised things to the tables or overall limit the brunch if you can’t handle it. That’s totally fine it’s still a great brunch we won’t revisit that frequently, but don’t promise the brunch you can’t deliver.

I never really write reviews. I do if I love a place, like really love, or if I'm disappointed. This was my Second time going. Loved it the first time. Will most likely not go back, even though the food is pretty good. Service wasn't great, not sure if they were low staffed, but we were never checked on. Food was forgotten, (yes it was taken off the check luckily) we had to ask for water numerous times. Hot chocolate had NO chocolate it in - it was just steamed milk. In both of the hot chocolates we ordered. ?‍♀️

went for the bottomless brunch... the food was good and the drinks were middle strength... the waitress was THE BEST. favorite part of the meal was the shrimp ceviche and the fruit cups with mango puree.Vegetarian options: There isn't much for vegetarians/vegans... many things have meat, cheese, crema, sour cream, etc... the safest things are the plantains and the mushroom tacos

Came here for happy hour just a few days ago and loved it - my only constructive criticism would be for some of the food items. The happy hour deal is pretty good and would recommend the margaritas - the strawberry is pretty refreshing! We sampled a few items - I'd say the chicken and carnitas tacos are pretty good. The nachos were good as well though I think the chicken used to top it was just a little dry. Would recommend the queso and though we didn't do this, would try adding the chorizo! The chicken flautas were also a touch dry but okay overall. Loved the brownie with butter pecan ice cream for dessert and wanted to come back to try the other desserts on the menu as well as other items on the regular food menu!
