The drive-thru is excellent, the cashier and managers are great, there's just one big problem: the kitchen staff sometimes send out cold food and give you fewer fries with your order, and sometimes they change your order and make you go back to exchange it. Otherwise, the service is excellent.

Waited 15 by a register and asked employees that saw me there would they take my order. None replied, finally asked someone that seem to have a few minutes to spare. To be told he will help me at the kiosk. Left without ordering anything because it should not have taken that long for me to get assistance. Bad customer service at this place.

I've been coming here for a while and I can't come in here anymore. The entrance smells like urine for weeks, the staff is grumpy. Coffee can take 20 minutes of you don't say anything. The tall, skinny, flamboyant guy is rude and does not want to help ANYONE ever. The upstairs is always closed off, and they sit their feet and butts on the delivery pick up shelf to take breaks.

Terrible experience! The manager at this McDonald’s was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for help placing my order at the counter, since I was having trouble with the system, and he flat-out refused. He told me I had to use the kiosk and wouldn’t even bother to assist me. A manager is supposed to set the example and support customers, but this one showed zero respect or professionalism. If they don’t want to deal with people, they shouldn’t be working with the public. I’m never coming back to this location and I do not recommend it to anyone.

When I was eating my chicken nuggets, I bite into something hard, I first saw it was black then I ate another one and it was hard and white. They were people cursing and I feel sick after eating that.
