This was the worst Mcdonald's I ever been too. No cashiers, disrespectful workers. The manager on the phone talking to her kids. Ask for help. She says nothing. I can do.She don't have enough workers.

STOP PRE MAKING DRINKS.. it can’t save THAT MUCH TIME.. DRINKS SHOULD NOT BE IN ROWS OF 5 sitting around waiting… ESPECIALLY FOR DELIVERY… this needs to be addressed. The quality suffers a lot.

This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever came across! The food taste the same everywhere but the EMPLOYEES! Forget about it. They speak to you like you owe them something or as you annoy them! Don’t they understand that without customers and our orders they wouldn’t be working?! DISGUSTING! Management and the owner of this place should work on making it a better place for us customers!

I’m sorry, but we had to DoorDash some food and when we got it, McDonalds didn’t give us straws, a whole part of the package was gone. We ordered waters, and food and half the order of food was gone. We knew it wasn’t the door dasher because the box came with their tape. Horrible service! The phone doesn’t work, so you can’t complain. I will be never coming back.

This is my first time at this location (3543 broadway,10031) of McDonald's. I had a very bad experience. I ordered at the kiosk because it was crowded.
when i pay in kiosk I didn't get a receipt. i go in line for ask the employees. and so many time i called them .they didn't give me chance. they take care other customers.i told one employee i order the kiosk i didn't get a receipt. he ask me what is your order? I tell him but he ignored me so many time. I wait 7mnts Then I go to register ask another employee.I told him Im waiting for my food & I show my payment bill in my phone. I pay with PayPal.I got angry and asked what was the problem? When will I get my food? Other guy He was looking at me like I was here to steal something. Than the register boy told him for give my food. He serves me food very badly.i was angry , so I pulled the food roughly. When I brought the food, I saw that they didn’t give me a cup for the Coke. I felt really bad and angry, so I didn’t eat the food. I threw it in the trash.

I also work at Dunkin’ Donuts. I have 9months experience in Dunkin .I never treated my customers so badly. I never imagined they would behave like this. 🙂This was my first bad experience in America.

This McDonald’s in particular is terrible. The staff always on their phones, rolling their eyes while taking the order as if they’re annoyed to do their job, the food cold and nasty tasting, the restaurant itself dirty with trash all over the floor, then over ran with teenagers as well coming out of school to hang out there taking up all the seats yet they don’t have food in front of them to eat so when a paying customer wants to sit to eat they can’t because all the seats are filled with teenagers that shouldn’t even be there. No security, homeless people panhandling and opening front door. It’s an absolute atrocity. This McDonald’s has turned to crap for the worse. I am sorry for the actual owner and truth be told, they need to shut this McDonald’s down for good.

Terrible, terrible customer service!! All of those women that work over the weekend in the morning have horrible customer service. Apart from being extremely loud and obnoxious they fail to give you straws, napkins and any other utensils that you would actually need because you ordered something that requires it. The funny thing is that when you go back to double check your order and ask them for something that you’re missing that you paid for they want to roll their eyes at you and give you attitude and then complain when the customer gives them the same energy that they’ve been given.
