The Parking lot is horrible.You have to have someone let you out.Due to the drive , throw , the parking lot does not have ample parking the first time I ever visited this McDonald's in New Jersey.And I couldn't even get out of the parking spot.I had to wait thank goodness their were drivers in the drive through that backed up for me to get out and I had a small suv

Worst McDonalds Ever. The employees refuse to acknowledge you until you've stood there for 5 minutes, doesn't matter if you already pre-ordered, I've ordered things and waited 15 minutes to come in so it's ready when I get there. They never start the order until I'm standing in front of them, and they straight up cancelled my order this morning. It sucks that the Starbucks across the street closed, they had great customer service. Plus there's always crazy people here had a lady straight up yell in my face that I needed to give her money. It’s always loud and hardly anyone speaks English, so there is a language barrier when you try to order. Because of this, I placed a mobile order and they didn’t even put all of the food in the bag. They just gave me a bag with half of my order and then got mad because I asked for a refund for the food that I paid for but don’t receive.

Do not place orders from uber eats late night on this app, rather than making themselves unavailable on the app they accept your order and never fulfill it. Several delivery drivers will be assigned and you will never get your food. Their excuse is they prioritize the McDonald’s app at that time. Such BS. This happened to me three times, the third time we walked over there to find out what was up

It’s a bit chaotic in there. The bathroom and downstairs area never seem to be open. It feels relatively cramped inside. Sometimes they don’t call out your order and you have to ask. The tables probably need to be wiped down a bit more often.

Went in a little after 4am and the workers said they were “closed.” THE FLAG OUTSIDE SAYS 24 HOURS! Please take down the flag. And Google also says your hours are 24. Please update! If you need to close for an hour to transition to breakfast then please say you are open for 23 hours. It would have saved me walking extra blocks and taking a different train. So rude!

Big NO this time! I go to this McDonald’s location at least once a week and last night I was tired and decided to have my order delivered. My order consisted in 3 simple sandwiches and, in retrospect I wonder if the person on the assembly line was on his first day!!! I ordered a Big Mac with EXTRA SAUCE, EXTRA PICKLES and NO ONIONS (the Big Mac should be the flagship sandwich here, nonetheless one of the first sandwich they teach you how to make, right?!) needless to say that my variations were completely ignored but here's the gem: it also came without cheddar cheese! Then I had the Double Quarter Pounder Deluxe, asked with NO SLICED ONIONS and EXTRA PICKLES and I got two burger patties with two slices of cheese and two pickles with just a small dab of ketchup! Where was the lettuce, the tomatoes, the mayonnaise?!? How come if everything is written one can not simply read and follow the instructions?!? Practically half of the sandwich wasn't there! And then finally I had a DOUBLE
CHEESEBURGER asked with EXTRA PICKLES, NO ONIONS that was simply dry and smeared with some ketchup. This one was at least the most “accurate” because it had no onions (but sadly no extra pickles either).
The accuracy level of my delivery order was 3 below ZERO! I truly thought that the crew in charge of assembling the sandwiches was unable to read and the place wasn’t even that crowded (we’re talking about an 11:30 PM delivery). 3 Sandwiches out of three poorly executed! Hands down the worst McDonald's Delivery Order so far! I was tempted to ask for a refund and next time, trust me, I'll do it!

I use the Mickey's App to get the most out of my purchases.
This location is very busy and carries a lot of diverse characters and atmospheric random.
Thru the App ordering is easy and not complicated. But sometines you will wait for your order in pick up because they move a bit flustered. Given that the Pick Up from App,
The in-store kiosk order, the counter order, they have many orders to get done.
Self serve soda machine gets low in faves and diet drink options but holds a few slow options as part of the variety.
Seating is not that available regularly because of the certain local troublemakers, horseplay from teens, and the time of day or evening you may stop in.
Fortunate to catch a seat...enjoy your moment then bounce.

The staff isn’t all bad, this place gets mad busy and occasionally service is slow as a result, but they do their best. However I did just get food poisoning from this location, I am writing this review from my porcelain throne. So that was a bit of a letdown.

This was the worst Mcdonald's I ever been too. No cashiers, disrespectful workers. The manager on the phone talking to her kids. Ask for help. She says nothing. I can do.She don't have enough workers.
