If you want to pay for a cold Burger cold french fries come to this MACDONALD very very bad management .... But you never know maybe is your lucky day Maybe you just make your order when one of the lazy employee just cooked all the meat of the day

I frequent this marvelous restaurant from time to time because I enjoy the special air that is unique to this place. The team is highly loving and experienced. The service is exceptionally rapid. Also, the food you eat is perfect. I came many times and I was always pleased. The expense is modest. I highly recommend this place to to everybody.

I just left there my vanilla latte was cold they were ALL EATING BEHIND THE COUNTER AND MY SANDWHICH LOOKED OLD AND IT WAS COLD I CAN'T BELIEVE IT LIKE THEY ACTUALLY GAVE ME A COLD LATTE I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

I recommend going here because it's so bad; it's a once in a lifetime experience. If you bring up something to the staff , such as wanting ketchup, they answer you with "WHAT do you want?!!". The soda machines usually run out of flavors by the evening. The place is also usually messy. If you order take out, it's not the worst I guess.

It's McDonald's. You know what to expect. This particular one is quite small downstairs, where you order, and lacks those ordering touch screens. You eat upstairs. There is a nice view. A couple of homeless guys sleeping at the tables. I would say it is slightly below-average for an urban New York City McDonald's.
Horribly understaffed. 10 minute wait for some fries. The one at 145th is 10x better.

Horrible service. The employees were more into the conversation they was having instead of the service they were there to provide. I had to wait about 10 mins for chicken tenders and it wasn't even warm smh. Never again!!!!!

I am a visitor from Australia. Never have l seen a store that is dirty from the sticky floor, dirty walls, Uncleaned tables, and boxes lined up from the front stairs to the seating area. The staff have no uniforms on and the global brand McDonald’s is poorly represented here. I think the franchise owner needs to come and be a customer. I am dismayed at how bad this experience has been. Not to mention the egress due to the boxes barricading your exit. Very disappointing.
