They are not open 24hours! Please stop lying on google!!!! It is not clean, I can say some stuff try to keep up. They need to not have this as a hangout spot. To not accept tap and pay is crazy ex special at the register. Long wait not enough staff on days they should know by now is a rush. Idk 🤷 who’s running this but you can do a lot better.

Staff never gives out napkins.. they never have coke zero in their machines... they take 10 minutes to prepare a $5 mc chicken meal... slow; unorganized and unprofessional. Train these people better.

24 hour location closed in Harlem at 4:30am?. We arrived to McDonalds w 148 125th street at 4:30am. We saw door dash delivery guys inside and outside the location. We went in the employee at the register informed us that they were closed. How is this possible???? A 24 hour location closed??? He then said we can only do online orders so we immediately started to put in our online orders via mobile app. He then abruptly says, no we are closed. Which is it??? So then he said I dont know ask the manager. The manager came from the back and she repeated that they were closed. We asked how is that possible when this is a 24 hour location. She couldnt answer, so we left upset and hungry. As we was outside deciding on where to go to eat multiple DoorDash/delivery guys was pulling up and entering the store. At no point was the door of this location locked. All signs outside the store show 24 hours open and on google as well. If this location isn't 24 hours McDonalds should have correct hours of operations listed on google, their doors and more. Such a disappointment in location and service.

It's McDonald's fast and quick food is good is McDonald's is I enjoyed first thing in the morning when I am in Harlem taking care of my business I stop by like 9:00 9:30 sit and have breakfast like the company stop by so on your next visit to Harlem Stop by and enjoy yourself

Tell me how I bought something then asked to use the bathroom and they just put their hand up to shush me, didn’t explain further, and left me there for 10 minutes. I asked multiple times and they kept doing it Finally I mentioned I’ve been waiting for a while and they’re gonna yell at me & pretend they don’t have the key.
