If I could, I’d give them zero stars. The worst location I’ve ever been. Customer service and attitude in this place are the worst. The cashiers are also making faces showing you how annoyed they are when you are ordering. Everyone treats you as your were the worst person in the store. They get annoyed when you ask anything. Also, the washroom is not clean and the staff bother people in the washroom knocking the door as soon as they get inside.

This McDonald's is a walk-in workout service. It's across the street from the state building at Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard 125th Street.
Despite the tables not being cleaned, too many people and the lack of easels after placing an order at the terminal, you just have to point it out to them. They are friendly and the cooking of the steaks in the burgers is very good.

There was no paper available on the screen to print the order, so I had to wait a long time for the ice cream with chocolate fudge and vanilla milkshake. The staff member spilled the milkshake twice, and by the time it was ready, the ice cream had already melted and had to be remade once I claimed the order. I had to repeatedly remind them that my order included chocolate fudge. Despite the order being simple and no one in charge at the pick-up counter, the process was frustratingly slow.
