Unfortunately it is not a safe place to go to eat with your children. There will always be young people making a lot of mess, bad words, beating each other and it's super dangerous.
They smoke and climb on the tables and run over the customers who want to consume in peace

All the tables were dirty and the place was dirty. Went to the counter and ask the manager can she sent someone to clean a table for me, and she was hanging me a rag and I laughed đ and told her to do her job ,I don't work here and she came to the table with attitude and cleaned 2 tables and went back to kitchen. And there was a party there joking and not doing their jobs!!! I ordered the food and it was all cold đ„¶ then it was a problem to reheat , so I told them to give me new hot food ,so they reheated it and overcooked it !!!! 50 years I been going to McDonald's, and I will never go to that one again even. I give them a -10 they need to do a customer service program!!!!!

All I can say is that All the employees worked kept busy but took a few minutes to get my food while others who ordered after me received their orders first I'm still waiting. The manager rather be on his cell phone then acting like a manager. Never returning to this location again.

For the better half of 20 plus years being in NJ then moving to NYC i have seen this mcdonalds at this location. I have positive experiences from the late night window to the morning staff just a few moments ago I did a mobile order deal for two sausage and cheese only mcmuffin. I have some unpleasant experiences at other establishments w here they have been cold or the bread is soft but let me tell you I was not feeling well coming in as I'm on my way home I'm feeling better because of that sandwich it was toasted to perfection and had Heat to it the staff was very professional and attractive. Thank you mcdonalds chef of this morning and the staff I wish I had more money to order more bbirthday is coming. Thanks for listening much love keep up the great work so.proud of this MCDONALD
